Census Worker Beats, Rapes Disabled Woman

The Census Bureau, in it's splashy advertisements, has been urging us to open our doors to their employees so that we could be counted, but they didn't say anything about the possibly that we could raped. Last weekend, in the small town of Pekin, Indiana, Census worker Daniel Miller raped a 21-year-old mentally and physically handicapped woman while she was asleep. In addition to committing a heinous crime, Daniel made several other errors: He left all of his clothing, his wallet and driver's license in the victim's bedroom! When cops tracked him down at the home he shares with his wife and two daughters, they found him in a bedroom, drunk and claiming her has no memory of raping the woman.
