They're Giving Things Away at Taco Bell...(and it's not free tacos)

When was your last time to Taco Bell? Trust us, after that vomit-inducing video of rats running wild in a NYC location, we've 86ed the entire chain from our list of places where we could use a public restroom. (Ha! You thought we actually ate that crap?) But, listen. We probably will re-consider popping in every now and again, after hearing what they're giving away in Dayton, Ohio.

On Tuesday morning, a woman waiting for her food order in the drive-thru at a local Taco Bell was given $2,000 -- the store's bank deposit -- instead of the food. It was a mistake of course, but the woman hit the gas and hasn't been seen since.

According to the Dayton Daily News, "the restaurant manager explained it was store policy to put the bank bag containing the deposit in a Taco Bell bag. The manager would then drive up to the drive-through window, and an employee would hand him the bag."

Great. Now criminals worldwide now know the store's "policy."

"Security footage showed the transaction but not the license plate of the vehicle. Police contacted a regular customer who was in line behind the SUV. He said he could not remember the license plate on the SUV. He and the employee described the driver as a college-age woman with black or brown shoulder-length hair, wearing a white shirt with a red sweater, zip-up jacket or sweatshirt over it," the paper adds.
