This French woman was driving home, minding her business when she came upon this chase. So she called her mother and told her the chase will past by her home in 5 minutes, "he won't stop so it's gonna be something to see. Ok Ok, they gonna get him...Oh shit." You can't stop a criminal with whistles...or can you?
Update: This happened in Australia. A man stole the trailer from off the lot of the dealership while the new owners (a 60-year-old man and woman) were inside along with the salesman. That's when the thief jumped in and drove off. The salesman was able to jump out, but the elderly couple was trapped inside. After crashing into the two cars a few blocks away, the thief abandoned the stolen trailer and ran off. (He was not caught.)
