David Carradine's Widow Files Wrongful Death Lawsuit

After failing to collect on her husband's insurance policy, known "sexual deviant" David Carradine's widow, Anne Bierman, has just filed a wrongful death lawsuit against MK2, claiming the company shouldn't have left him alone the night before he died.

Seriously.

Last June, the actor was found hanging in a closet in his Thai hotel room, after a sex act went terribly wrong. He was 72.
According to the lawsuit, the company promised to provide Carradine the best possible amenities and an assistant to help him navigate Bangkok. But, the suit alleges, the assistant left him behind for dinner on the night before the actor was found dead. The assistant and other film staffers apparently could not reach Carradine, and decided to leave without him. Carradine called the assistant an hour later but was told the group was across town and he would have to make his own arrangements that evening. "Defendants were negligent in failing to follow industry standard and provide David Carradine, the performer, with sufficient assistant during the course of filming Stretch in Bangkok, Thailand," the lawsuit states. The lawsuit also claims Carradine's widow, Anne, has run into difficulties collecting on an insurance policy that MK2 was required to have for the actor.
What? What? What? Is she really suggesting that a production company should be responsible for the whereabouts of a grown-ass man at all hours of the day and night and that they are responsible for him engaging in sex acts that took his life?
