Several months ago, we told you that Paula Cook, the wife of Fantasia Barrino's jumpoff, Antwuan, was considering filing a lawsuit against the American Idol winner for stealing her man and destroying her family. She hasn't sued Fantasia yet (which she will and win handily); she's going after Antwuan first.
Paula alleges that Antwuan and Fantasia have been having "an illcit sexual" relationship since August 2009 and, as a result, Antwuan "violated [their] marriage vows and has humiliated [her] by committing adultery." In the court documents, which were filed Wednesday and you can read below, Paula says Fantasia flaunted her relationship with Antwuan in her face and flew him all around the world to be with her. Interestingly, Paula says the tattoo Fantasia got of Antwuan's last name on her shoulder, is exactly like the tattoo she has in the same location.
But, wait, it gets better! Fantasia and Antwuan made several sex tapes!
Earlier this year, however, Antwuan assured Paula his relationship with Fantasia was over and he wanted to work on his marriage. They were trying to work it out, but it was all a lie. Antwuan continued to see Fantasia and the homewrecking singer blew up his cell phone at all hours of the day and night. But the pièce de résistance has to be a phone call Paula received last month from Fantasia while Antwuan was with her. Fantastia told Paula: "he don't want you...maybe the next time you get a husband you'll know how to keep him...that's why he is here with me."
Really, Fantasia?! Really?!?
Paula is suing Antwuan for alimony, permanent custody of their two sons (6-year old Christian and 2-year-old Jackson) and spousal support. (Remember, she'll sue Fantasia once she's done with her no-good husband.)
This is gonna get interesting; gotta order more popcorn.
