This video is so upsetting. It shows security guards at the Forever 21 store on Hollywood Boulevard in Los Angeles tackling and choking a deaf man after he failed to stop when an alarm sounded as he exited the store. The guard continued to choke the man until he began to turn purple, and even then, they wouldn't let go. The man was suspected of shoplifting and his friend, who is also deaf, can be seen trying to show the guards the receipt, but they weren't having it. Hey, Forever 21, expect to defend a multi-million-dollar lawsuit, because this sort of behavior on the part of your store's security guards is not OK.

I am so glad I was not there to witness that atrocity. There is no need to choke the man. There are many other ways to subdue a person without choking them. So sad. I hope they bring charges upon the man strangling him.
