DWI charges against two cowboys were dropped after police arrested them recently for riding a horse and donkey down a crowded street in downtown Austin, Tex. while intoxicated. Jose Rios, 33, and Samuel Olivo Jr., 48, were coaxing passersby to take pictures and pet their horse and donkey. Cops say the two were impeding traffic and could have caused an accident; the charges were dropped because the law regarding what a motor vehicle is, is too vague.
