Rapper Waka Flocka Flame (real name: Juaquin Malphurs), his brother and an employee at a car stereo business were "detained" this afternoon after a shootout in Charlotte, NC. According to his publicist, Waka Flocka's tour bus was shot at four times, security returned fire; one person was shot.
