The library. A place to make long distance phone calls sleep and watch porn. This lady from Cincinnati, took it one step further.

A teenager is facing charges after police say she engaged in a sex act at the downtown branch of the Hamilton County Public Library. Jamaica Hill, 18, was arrested Monday for indecent exposure. According to court documents, Hill and a male were performing a sex act in a stairwell at the library. When officers approached, Hill fled on foot, leaving her pants, underwear and shoes in the stairwell. Police have not released the name of the male involved.
