Teens Thought They Heard a Ghost, But It Was a Man Who Broke into Their House to Masturbate

Three San Francisco teenagers were alarmed Saturday night when they heard a strange sound. They thought it was a ghost. Instead, they a found a man pleasuring himself.

Parolee Tyrell Brown, 28, who has no known local address, was arrested for indecent exposure, burglary and marijuana possession after the victims — a 17-year-old boy, and girls ages 17 and 14 — made the unfortunate discovery around 9:35 p.m., police said Monday. The victims were inside a "huge" house and heard a noise in a third floor bedroom, police spokesman Lt. Troy Dangerfield said. "They thought they heard noises, like a ghost," Dangerfield said. The boy checked the bedroom, and noticed the door was closed, which was unusual, Dangerfield said. When he opened the door, the boy saw Brown nude and masturbating in the bedroom. The teens fled to a neighbor’s home to call 911. Cops responded and took Brown, who was hiding in an upstairs closet, into custody. Brown was transported to a local hospital for evaluation. He was "heavily sedated" and apparently hallucinating on some drug, though investigators did not say which, Dangerfield said. Police noted signs of forced entry. He was found in possession of marijuana, and also charged for burglary and felony indecent exposure, Dangerfield said.
