A crazy person has been charged with animal cruelty after she mutilated a 15-year-old cat to make an outfit she planned to wear to a Lady Gaga concert -- a long coat and streaks of what turned out to be cat blood on her face. Cops searched 20-year-old Angelina Barnes' home and found a grisly scene. They found purple hair dye and blood all over the bathroom along with the cat that had been drowned; sliced down the belly, eyes mutilated, the cat's liver was found in a makeup case on counter. Angelina was transported to a hospital because she's gotta be whacked out of her mind, but while getting treatment, she threatened a male nurse with a piece of glass. Cuckoo!
