Valet Sues Gloria James For More Than $15,000

Rock Feller Sorel, the valet who was attacked and verbally abused by LeBron James' mother Gloria last week, has filed a lawsuit against her.

In the filing, Rock Feller claims Gloria slapped him after asking for her car to be retrieved at the Fontainebleau hotel. He says he suffered, among other things, "emotional distress, humiliation, mental anguish (and) loss of capacity for enjoyment of life". He's seeking more than $15,000 in damages.

Gloria was arrested and charged with simple battery and disorderly intoxication. Police, whom she also verbally assaulted during the booking process, said the 43-year-old had a strong odor of alcohol on her breath and bloodshot eyes. She is expected to face the criminal charges of simple battery and disorderly intoxication in ab month.

"We do not comment on pending legal matters and therefore will not have any comment regarding the civil lawsuit," said attorney Christopher Lyons, who is representing mama Gloria.
