A man and woman are facing charges after they were caught having sex in a public area of a children's library in uptown Charlotte, NC around 3pm yesterday. Police say a 20-year-old man and 18-year-old woman were caught having sex in the teen lounge. There were no children in that area at the time. Both the man and woman were issued citations and banned from all libraries in the area. Last month, another couple was caught getting it in at a library, too.
