Tennis star Serena Williams will think twice about broadcasting her every location on Twitter again. About 2am this morning, Patenema Ouedraogo (whom she has obtained a restraining order against) was arrested and charged with stalking and cyber-stalking, after he was arrested near Serena's home in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. According to reports, the 40-year-old has tried to make contact with Serena several times in the past, telling her he wanted to promote her clothing line and television show in Africa. Last month, he showed up in her dressing room at the Home Shopping Network when she was selling her "fashions" and later at a radio station where Serena was making an appearance appearance. After his arrest, police found a letter on his person saying he was in love with Serena and he felt they were soul mates and that she loved him as well. He also told investigators he knew where she was by reading her Twitter updates.
