Yesterday, while driving to the Department of Children and Families in Brevard County, Florida with her 6-year-old daughter in the car, Tina Nail got the bright idea to smoke marijuana. When she arrived at DCF, she was high and the little girl told police she felt dizzy. The toddler was taken to the hospital to be checked out while Tina was arrested. What a donkey!
