Lady Demands Divorce at Knifepoint, Gets Probation

Tamara Strulovici, of Tamarac, Florida - who was facing an attempted murder charge -- pleaded no contest to aggravated battery with a deadly weapon yesterday and will sentenced to three years of probation for holding a steak knife to her husband's throat and demanding that he sign divorce papers and give her the deed to their house. In May 2009, Tamara approached her husband from behind, put the steak knife to his throat, made her demands and slashed the fingers on his left hand. Through a Russian interpreter in court, the 53-year-old said she's not sure if she's still legally married to James Little. "I heard the rumors that he did apply for divorce," she said. "I don't do that because I don't have any money." The judge also ordered Tamara to have no contact with James.
