Robert Porter, 85, of San Antonio didn't expect to still be alive. After his car was near the bottom of a ravine after an accident for three days, the World War vet had come to peace and summoned the strength to write out his will on a the vehicle's center console. “One thing I wrote, the very first, was ‘This was an accident.’ Underlined! Because I was afraid somebody might think I committed suicide," he tells KENS5. He wrote that he wanted a closed casket at his funeral and that the homeowner’s association improve the road that trapped him. Robert was eventually rescued when a neighbor saw his car in the ravine and called police.
