And now let's hand a Mother of the Year award to Amanda Louise Confer of Pennsylvania, shall we? While Amanda isn't as bad a parent as this lady (at least not to our knowledge), the 24-year-old was cited last August for having sex with her jailbird baby daddy on a city bus while her infant daughter looked on. According to a police report obtained by The Smoking Gun, Amanda boarded the bus about 4:15pm that evening and met up with Randell Peterson and Joshua Schill -- who are "pre-release inmates" on a work release program that allows inmates to come and go from the county jail at specified times. She immediately sat down next to Randell in the back of the bus. The couple began to hug and kiss then Amanda gave Randell a professional. “After a couple of minutes of oral sex,” Detective Alberto Diaz reported, Amanda “lowered her underwear” and, “upon sitting on” Randell's lap, “both defendants proceeded to have sexual intercourse for several minutes.” After he splashed off, Randell and Joshua -- who was holding the baby and serving as a lookout during the, ahem, tryst -- exited the bus, while a supposedly satisfied Amanda continued on. Since the, ahem, tryst was captured by the bus surveillance camera, Amanda and Randell were easily identified and the couple admitted to their public encounter and was charged earlier this month with conspiracy, indecent exposure, open lewdness, and disorderly conduct.
