Alleged How Your Doin "rapper" DeAndre Cortez Way BKA Soulja Boy was arrested and charged with felony marijuana possession after a traffic stop in Carroll County, Ga. about 2:30am Tuesday morning. Officer Lat Gray stopped the vehicle because one of its lights was not working. While searching the car, the officer found three handguns, less than $40,000 in cash and more than five ounces of marijuana. The car’s five occupants -- Soulja Boy, 21, Dontay Lamar Bates, 27, Camron Wagner, 22, and James Raymond Smith, 35 and driver Gregory Latimore, 56 -- were charged with felony possession of marijuana, possession with intent to distribute and possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime. Soulja Boy, who was charged with obstruction of justice in 2009, was released on a $10,000 bond. He, along with the others, face up to 10 years in the clink.
