Soraya Evette Billinge called the Lee County, Fla. port authority police from her cell phone and stated she did not want her husband working late at night because she did not like being home alone. While speaking with the dispatcher, Soraya, 36, became upset the police wouldn't assist her with her husband's schedule, she said, "Okay I blow up, I blow up ten planes," then hung up, reports said.
