Man 'Occupies' World's Smallest Park, Gets Arrested

Occupy protesters took their message to the world's smallest park, which is in downtown Portland, Oregon and as expected, someone was arrested. According to KATU, Cameron Scott Whitten, 20, was demonstrating with a small group of people (and toy figures!!!) at Mill Ends Park -- which is a mere two feet across. When officers instructed him to get out of the street and onto the sidewalk, Cameron refused and he was cuffed and charged with interfering with a police officer. This, by the way, is his third arrest in connection with the Occupy movement.
