Eddie Long's Wife Calls Off Divorce...Again

Last we heard, Vanessa Long, the long-suffering wife of Bishop Eddie Long, was hoping her divorce from her husband of 21 years, who likes to have sex with teenage boys, would be "resolved expeditiously, harmoniously and fairly." Something happened since that December day, because according to court records, the divorce petition filed by Vanessa was withdrawn “without prejudice" on Monday -- the day before Valentine's Day. The court records give no indication of why the petition was withdrawn, but "without prejudice" means Vanessa can refile any time. In December, Vanessa slapped Bishop Long with divorce papers, then within a matter of hours she withdrew then refiled the papers. One of Bishop Long's lawyers would not say whether the couple has reunited and Vanessa is not talking.
