The backstory: Former "Real Housewives of Atlanta" co-star Shereé Whitfield has been "building" her dream home -- complete with a grand circular driveway with a fountain, a library (not because she reads), a ballroom, a skating rink, a gym, and a lounge with a room for a DJ -- "in one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Atlanta." Linnethia Leakes has liken the project to "Neverland" because after months and months and months construction has yet to begin. And, at the end of the season, Shereé admitted construction was "on hold."
