They really are cracking down on celebratory cheering at high school graduation ceremonies. Shannon Cooper was arrested last weekend and charged with disorderly conduct because she cheered as her daughter walked across the stage to get her diploma from a Florence, South Carolina high school on Saturday night. Shannon was taken to an area detention center where she stayed for several hours until she posted the $225 bond.
