After growing suspicious of their their nanny, a New York woman installed a “nanny cam” in a carbon monoxide detector. While watching the live feed from work, the mother witnessed the nanny (52-year-old Mamura Nasirova) slapping and shaking the 5-month-old girl in her care. The mother rushed home and confronted the nanny then alerted police. Mumura was arrested and charged with endangering the welfare of a child and resisting arrest. The baby suffered some redness and swelling as a result of the abuse, but was otherwise OK.
