Anywho, a frustrated Albuquerque, New Mexico, just wants the female jogger who, on several occasions, dropped her pants and defecated next to his home, to stop. Because, "[if] it happens again, [he's] going to run out there with a hose and hose her down and say, 'Bad human!'"
