Lady Gets 10 Days in Jail For Having Relationship, Two Disabled Kids With Biological Father

If you ever wondered where they do that at. The answer is Springfield, Oregon. Charlena Moody has been having an incestuous relationship with her father and their taboo relationship produced two children, who are "physically impaired."
The woman accused of having an illegal relationship with her biological father has pleaded guilty to felony incest and received a 10-day jail sentence, according to Lane County Circuit Court records. Chalena Moody, 25, will receive credit for time served and will not serve any additional jail time after her release from custody on Tuesday. She also was placed on 18 months of probation. One condition of her probation is that Moody cannot have contact with her father, Eric Lee Gates, 49, who is serving 60 days in the Lane County Jail for violating his probation and moving in with Moody following his guilty plea and subsequent sentencing to the same probationary terms. Moody and Gates, of Klamath Falls, previously resided in Springfield when detectives became aware that the two were living as a couple and had produced a child. The couple have had two children; a third died in utero, according to county prosecutors. The two children have numerous medical issues and are now in the custody of the state, officials have said. The couple carried on a consensual relationship, police have said. Gates was not Moody’s custodial parent during her childhood, according to authorities.

Apparently, Charlena and Eric didn't know they were related when a mutual friend introduced them and the pair began a relationship. AFTER they realized their genetic connection a few years ago, the relationship turned sexual. Their two children have numerous mental and physical impairments. Last summer, after police began investigating their relationship, Charlena became pregnant, but the fetus died in utero.
