Last Friday, James Scott of Corinth, Mississippi was arrested and charged with assault after he brutally attacked a gay man (Devin Norman) outside of a Walmart. Devin is pleading with prosecutors to charge James with a hate crime, but James says he's no homophobe -- just a closet case. James is biexual. For some period of time now, he has been sending Devin lewd pictures and messages and when Devin threatened to post them to Facebook, he grabbed Devin behind the neck and punched him about the face all while calling him the f-word -- yes, that f-word. Kevin suffered has fractures in the bones of his face and bruises to his eyes. The FBI is now involved.
