For 13 years, Willie Carson's paycheck has been garnished to pay support to a child that DNA tests show is not his. When the child was born, her mother listed Willie as the father. We don't know how he knows the mother of why she said he's the father, but, despite the DNA test, he has been unable to get the child support order dismissed. Until now. He recently received a letter from the state telling him he no longer has to pay child support for the 13-year-old girl he's never seen, met or spoken with. But there's still a roadblock ahead. Willie, who lives in Houston, currently owes $21,000 in unpaid child support, but according to the attorney general, even after wrongly awarded child support order is dismissed, he still must pay all outstanding monies owed.
