The New York City Police Department says they were called to a grocery store in Brooklyn on Monday after a worker noticed a leafy, green substance in a packaged delivered by the post office. When cops arrived at the scene, they found 10 bags of weed smothered in peanut butter and wrapped inside the large bag. They believe the peanut butter was used to mask the smell of the weed. They also believe the packaged was delivered to the wrong address. So, if you mailed something to NYC for a Monday delivery and you have not yet received it, you should probably contact the NYPD’s narcotic unit; they're holding it for you.
See, here's a tweet from the 71st Precinct showing everything is intact and ready for you to come and claim it.
