Bobbi Kristina Sole Beneficiary of Whitney Houston's Estate; Lands $1 Million Job at Oprah's Network?

In news that should come as a surprise to no one, Bobbi Kristina -- the only child of the late Whitney Houston -- is going to inherit her mother's riches (estimated to be around $20 million).
Whitney Houston left everything to her 19-year-old daughter, Bobbi Kristina. The pop superstar's will doesn't mention specific assets, but leaves all of her furnishings, clothing, personal effects, jewelry and cars to her surviving children. Bobbi Kristina was her only child. Inside Edition first reported the will, filed in Atlanta, on Wednesday. Houston's money will be put in a trust. Bobbi Kristina will get part of it upon turning 21, more of the money at age 25 and the balance at age 30. Houston's trustees can give her money from the trust for various purposes, including tuition, to buy a home and to start a business. The will was signed on Feb. 3, 1993, about a month before Houston gave birth to her daughter. The 48-year-old died Feb. 11 in California.
So, how will she support her vodka and (alleged) cocaine habits until she turns 21? A loan? A reality show? Oprah? Yes, Oprah! Oprah has promised Bobbi Kris a $1 million job -- "which she can earn over time if she stays off drugs and focuses on hard work," a personal familiar with the situation tells The Enquirer. According to the tabloid, Cissy Houston (Bobbi Kris' grandmother) reached out to the talk show titan, who was at one time addicted to crack, to help save her granddaughter.
"After Whitney's funeral service, Cissy begged Oprah to 'watch over' her granddaughter because there's 'no one else I can trust.' With tears in her eyes, Cissy said her 'grand baby' Krissi needed someone to look up to as a mother figure because her life is spiraling out of control. Cissy said she 'feared' what might happen to Bobbi Kristina once she returned to live in Georgia with no one to watch over her -- and she urged Oprah to give the teen a fresh start in California at her OWN television network."....When Cissy asked Oprah for help, she couldn't resist. "Oprah was one f the first people invited to Whitney's funeral because Cissy know how much she meant to Whitney. Afterward, Cissy and Oprah hugged and talked through their tears. Cissy said they could not save Whitney, but there's a chance to save Krissi. Choking back tears, Oprah said she would do whatever she could to help save Bobbi Kristina , and hep her refocus her life by looking toward a promising cuter and career." True to her word, the media titan has told Bobbi Kristina that she will teach her all about television.
Apparently, this $1 million job offer and Oprah's promise Cissy is the "secret" behind her interview with Bobbi Kris -- which airs this Sunday (March 11) on OWN. If you don't have your DVR already set, go do it NOW!

Sidebar: Here's a copy of the will obtained by Inside Edition. But Roger Friedman over at the Hollywood Reporter is reporting that Whitney updated her will in 2004. The revised will is the same as the one signed in 1993 -- except Michael or his wife, Donna, are serving as trustees. Roger says a n Atlanta probate court appointed Pat Houston as executor today.
