Thieves Steal $150,000 Worth of Handbags From Chanel Boutique in NYC
Residents of New York City's posh Upper East Side neighborhood are rethinking their lives after four thieves busted into the Chanel boutique located on Madison Avenue and bolted with 11 handbags worth $150,000. According to police, the men -- described as black, and range between 5'6" and 5'9" -- entered the boutique, which is teeming with security, around 1:15 p.m. Tuesday and snatched the purses, which range in price from $2,000 to $45,000. One of the items stolen was a large “2.55” alligator handbag worth $45,000. (This alligator bag was one of most expensive item in the store.) After grabbing the handbags, the thieves -- who were not armed -- pushed a security guard out of the way, ran outside and down the street before hopping into a four-door red sedan and driving away. Police sources say this wasn’t a typical “smash and grab,” as there was no damage done to the store during the grand larceny. One resident told the New York Post: "It is shocking, because they have so much security.” While another adds: “There’s a lot of brazen stuff that seems to be happening lately that hasn’t happened either before or in a long time. It’s kooky what’s going on. I’m a native New Yorker, so you definitely notice things. I mean, they have guards at the door — how’d they even get out of the door? I mean, there’s a homeless guy right here at the corner. For years, there was never anybody around asking for money. Now it’s everywhere you go.” So, homeless people aren't allowed on the Upper East Side?
Update: The bag snatchers are not members of Mensa. Police say they have identified one of the thieves. How you ask? He rented the red Kia Optima in his own name. So it's only a matter of time before they're all arrested. Going back to the car, it was found abandoned with five of the handbags in the back seat. According to Chanel, its purses have nine-digit serial number stitched inside, which should give cops a better chance of identifying the bags if they surface online.

Elderly Man Jailed For Having Sex With Bush
An 81-year-old man from Stratford, Connecticut was arrested after police said he was spotted “humping” a bush while naked. Police said they received a call from a neighbor complaining that Wallace Berg was walking around his backyard with no clothes on. (Police said Wallace had been standing in plain view of anyone who happened to be in the area at the time.) They said the neighbor took some video of the man's actions, which he later showed them. After witnessing the bush incident, police said the neighbor told them he confronted Wallace who, “stopped the indecent behavior, covered himself with a grill cover, apologized to him and then went into the house.” Wallace was arrested and charged with second-degree breach of peace and public indecency. He was released after posting a $10,000 bond.

What's That Smell?! Public Bathroom Stench Sends Man to Hospital
New York City is the middle of heatwave. With millions of residents and tourists, public restrooms are a necessity. Now, can you imagine the smell of those public restrooms? Better not.
Noxious odors from the public bathroom of a Lower East Side park made one city worker so sick he had to seek emergency medical treatment, co-workers said Tuesday. A Parks Department staffer assigned to the agency’s central communications center at Sara D. Roosevelt Park became nauseous and began feeling tightness in his chest Monday after inhaling the odors, fellow workers said. They blamed junkies and homeless people who regularly frequent the park and over the weekend clogged its toilets with needles, rags and a hoodie. The jammed toilets sent fecal fumes and raw sewage into the center’s basement where it damaged records and equipment — and had workers holding their noses. “It smells like the Fulton Fish Market times five, and the only protection our workers get from the city are cans of air freshener,” said Joe Puleo, president of the union that represents parks workers. Daniel Roca, 54, became so ill during his shift after sniffing the fumes that he was rushed to a local hospital and ordered by his doctor not to return to work until the stench is gone, co-workers said. Roca declined comment. It’s unclear whether he had other medical ailments that could have contributed to his condition. Co-workers reluctantly remained on the job wearing dust masks to help counter the pungent odors. Parks Department spokesman Sam Biederman said the agency “has already begun undertaking necessary improvements to the facility, including a thorough cleaning and plumbing repairs.” Geoffrey Croft of NYC Park Advocates called the condition of the 7.8-acre park — named in honor of former President Franklin Delano Roosevelt’s mother — “a disgrace.”A hoodie?

Bobbi Kristina is Dead
Bobbi Kristina Brown, the daughter of the late Whitney Houston, has died. She was 22. A statement released by her family read: "Bobbi Kristina Brown passed away Sunday, July, 26 2015, surrounded by her family. She is finally at peace in the arms of God. We want to again thank everyone for their tremendous amount of love and support during these last few months." Bobbi Kristina was found unconscious face down in a bathtub full of water at her home on Jan. 31 after a night of partying. She remained comatose and was moved to hospice care in June. Her boyfriend, Nick Gordon, remains under investigation for her accident/death and was slapped with a $40 million lawsuit by Bobbi Kristina's father, Bobby Brown; They allege Nick physically assaulted Bobbi Kristina and stole her inheritance.
UPDATE, July 27: The Fulton County Medical Examiner’s Office, which performed an autopsy on Bobbi Kristina said their initial findings turned up no obvious cause of death. The medical examiner says it will likely be several weeks before it can rule on a manner and cause of death. The agency said its initial autopsy turned up “no significant injuries” or “previously unknown medical conditions.” It said the next step is ordering lab tests and issuing subpoenas for documents — most likely Bobbi Kristina's hospital records. Experts said the months that have passed since Bobbi Kristina was found face-down in a bathtub are working against authorities now tasked with solving how she died. Any drugs she might have taken passed from her bloodstream long ago. Physical injuries would have been healing even as she remained largely unresponsive. If police overlooked any physical evidence at Bobbi Kristina's home after she was hospitalized Jan. 31, recovering it nearly six months later may be impossible. Dr. Michael Baden, former medical examiner for New York City, has performed more than 20,000 autopsies during a career spanning more than 45 years. He said the first obstacle for forensic pathologists in Brown’s case will be a living body’s ability to mend itself and erase medical evidence. “Normally, when we do autopsies, we do them in people who freshly died. Things like toxicology and injuries are clear,” said Baden, who helped investigate high-profile cases including the deaths of comedian John Belushi and civil rights worker Medgar Evers. “Because she was in the hospital for a long time, any drugs that may have been in the body will be gone after a few days. Injuries, if there were any injuries, would be changed by the length of time, the healing process.” Baden said it’s highly possible doctors screened Bobbi Kristina's blood for drugs as soon as she was admitted to the hospital. Her medical charts may also note any physical injuries observed by doctors who first treated her. The initial report by emergency medical technicians who first responded to her home could also yield critical clues, he said.

Man Orders Fried Chicken From Bojangles', Gets Box of Cash Instead
Recently, a man named James "JJ" Minor ordered fried chicken at a Bojangles’ restaurant on Laburnum Avenue in Richmond, Virginia, but the chicken he received was cold. After complaining, he was told to wait a few minutes for fresh chicken then was handed a bag. When he returned to his car and looked inside the bag, he found $4,500 in cash and several bank deposit slips inside the box and no chicken. He went back inside the restaurant and asked for the manager. He returned the money to the manager but James says the manager was not appreciative of his good deed. “He told me in an arrogant, nasty attitude being disrespectful saying that, ‘We would’ve called the authorities on you, too,’” James recalled. “Here I am doing a good thing, bringing the money back. Most folks probably would’ve kept on going and wouldn’t have recognized it until they got home.” James said he was offered another meal and a tailgate party. He later called a district manager, but says that person hung up on him. He then contacted the chain’s corporate headquarters, which offered him a $100 gift certificate. James wants an apology and a real reward. “I deserve respect, an apologetic letter from the Bojangles’ company and probably a cash reward,” he said. “What is a $100 gift certificate when you’re bringing in $4,500?”

Fake Oncologoist Jailed For Prescribing Bags of Dirt to Cancer Patients
A man from El Cerrito, California who was posing as an oncologist in Richmond, California and offering patients expired drugs and even a bag full of dirt as treatment for cancer was arrested recently. Officers arrested 69-year-old Vincent Gammill on suspicion of practicing medicine without a license, dependent adult abuse and furnishing drugs without a license. A 49-year-old woman first alerted Ventura County deputies in June that she believed Gammill duped her out of $2,000 and may have harmed her with fake medication. The woman, who has late-stage cancer, told deputies she saw his website in 2009 and decided to seek his services as a last resort if traditional medicine failed to treat her cancer, according to sheriff's deputies. She visited his Richmond office, located at 3065 Richmond Parkway, in June and deputies said he gave her a long explanation of how he was going to help her. He reportedly told her to alter the dosage of the medication prescribed by her doctor and provided her with plastic baggies containing various powders, empty capsules, vials of liquid, commercially produced medication with expired shelf life dates and at least one bag of dirt, deputies said. At one point, deputies said Gammill brought out a frying pan and told her that one of the compounds could burn a hole through the table. He proceeded to tell her how to mix the ingredients, which she did, and then they transferred the mixture to a capsule for her to ingest, which she also did, deputies said. The woman began to feel a burning sensation in her stomach, but deputies said Gammill told her it was "good her stomach was burning" because it meant the ingredients were "still active." Deputies said they could not locate any record of the man's medical training and on July 9 served a search warrant at his home. Inside they found laboratory equipment with bottles labeled "corrosive" and "poison"and more than 25,000 prescription pills, including morphine, Ambien, steroids, and Mexican and Russian prescription pills at both his home and office.

The One About the Lady Who Says Her 10-month-old Baby Was Disqualified From Baby-Crawling Race Because She's a Scooter
It took us a while to publish this because we couldn't believe it's a real story. But alas, this story is real and it's ridiculous. Back on July 7, the annual Baby Crawl-A-Thon was held in Lakeville, Minnesota and 10-month-old Berkley Bailey was first to cross the line in her heat. She was later disqualified -- thereby preventing her from snatching a trophy -- because instead of crawling the entire race course, she scooted. According to official rules, babies had to crawl on their hands and knees across the finish line.
The rules were established to make the competition fair and give everyone a level playing field, said Pan-O-Prog President Diana Neameyer. Berkley’s mom, Samantha Moore, said the rule is unfair to babies who have physical challenges or just a unique way of getting around. She said she did not think the rules would disqualify Berkley, her first child who has always crawled by pulling herself forward with her left side, dragging her right leg behind her and her right arm in the air. “That’s the only way we’ve ever seen our baby crawl,” she said. “That’s all she’s ever done. The doctor told us it was a crawl.” Neameyer said the issue first arose at the race last year when a baby crawled like a bear, on his hands and feet. He finished the race first, but was also disqualified, because Neameyer said, “When you do it that way, you are a speedster.” This year, they allowed eligibility for a baby who “army crawled” by pulling himself forward with his arms because his knees were on the floor and he was using his legs. “His belly was just dragging, that’s how I looked at it,” Neameyer said. A suggestion to hold a special race for scooters was rejected, because Neameyer said organizers do not think they will have many who only scoot. “We thought it was just a fluke that this kid wasn’t crawling,” Neameyer said. Moore said Berkley is the first child to her and husband Nick Bailey, both lifelong Lakeville residents. “It’s not necessarily like, oh my God, we needed her to win,” Moore said. “It’s just a baby crawl. It was more like she did really good and we didn’t really expect her to go that fast, but she did and then we’re disqualified.” She said many family members took time off work to watch the competition, then were disappointed that Berkley was disqualified. “It just kind of stunk because everyone was so excited about it,” Moore said. “I didn’t think it was fair to disqualify a baby for crawling differently.”Oh, gurl. To quote the one and only Alyssa Edwards: "Get a grip, get a life and get over it!"

Lady Steals Woman's Identity, Gets $17,000 in Plastic Surgery
A woman from Seminole County, Florida was arrested during a follow-up appointment at the Florida Cosmetic Surgery Center last Friday. According to police, Melanie Young stole a woman's identity and opened a credit card in her name. She then used that credit card to rack up $17,000 in charges at the cosmetic surgery clinic in Altamonte Springs (she had four surgeries here) and a cosmetic dentistry clinic in Orlando. The 37-year-old was later released from the Seminole County Jail on an $11,000 bond. She’s facing special identify theft charges because the victim she allegedly stole from is over the age of 60. It’s not clear how Melanie got the victim’s information. Investigators said Melanie and the victim don't know each other. Due to HIPAA laws, the clinic won't disclose the cosmetic procedures Melanie underwent, but her son told another news station his mother had weight loss surgery.

Pennsylvania Man Flies to Phoenix to Have Sex With Horse
A Pennsylvania man is facing charges for traveling across the country with the intent of having sex with a horse. Michael Crawford, 68, was arrested on suspicious of bestiality in Phoenix after an undercover sting. According to police, Michael posted an ad on a popular web site (probably Craigslist) soliciting a willing horse owner last October. He exchanged emails with a person he believed was a horse owner. During the email exchange, he expressed his desire to engage in sex acts with a horse. One such act was to have a horse urinate on five shirts, which he would mail back home to Pennsylvania, where he apparently planned to wear them for arousal purposes. He arrived in Phoenix late Friday night, where he was met by deputies. They took him to a trailer and showed him two ponies. Following the equines' presentation, he was arrested and booked into Maricopa County Jail on suspicion of a bestiality charge, a Class 6 felony. Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio said detectives learned Michael has been sexually aroused by horses for years and has traveled extensively to find horse owners in various cities willing to allow him access to their animals. In fact, Michael told deputies he had engaged in acts of bestiality since 1970. Not long ago another man was jailed in Phoenix after posting an ad on Craigslist seeking to have sex with a dog.

50 Cent Files for Bankruptcy
Days after a jury ordered 50 Cent to pay a woman $5 million for posting her sex tape online without her consent, the rapper has filed for bankruptcy. Lawyers for the 40-year-old rapper filed court papers in U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Hartford, Connecticut under his real name, Curtis James Jackson III. The Chapter 11 bankruptcy filing (see, below) lists his liabilities as in the region of $10 million to $50 million and his estimated assets in the same range. In May, Forbes estimated 50 Cent's net worth at $155 million, largely from his business interests in clothing, beverages and music technology. This filing is a tactic to prevent him from paying the woman the $5 million.
The rapper has tried to cry poverty in the case before, saying his previous lawyers were too expensive and that he was going broke - despite his successful rap and movie careers, and numerous lucrative endorsement deals. He famously cleared over $100 million when his stake in Vitamin Water was bought out by Coca-Cola a few years ago. Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Paul Wooten had directed Fitty to testify about his finances from the witness stand Monday. Instead, his lawyers surprised the judge and Leviston's lawyers around 10 a.m. with news of the bankruptcy petition. Jackson's lawyer James Renard told the judge that the filing in Connecticut, where Jackson has a 52-room mansion in Farmington, entitled him to a delay or automatic stay of Leviston's case in state court. Wooten told Renard that he was not sure the stay was automatic, given the circumstances. "This is the second such bankruptcy that your client has filed in the last 30 days," the judge said. Renard noted that the last bankruptcy filed in Manhattan federal court involved one of his client's corporations. "Which he was in 100% ownership of," Wooten snapped back. The Manhattan federal judge in the first bankruptcy case rejected Jackson's request for a delay in the state trial and said she would consider imposing sanctions on his lawyers for even asking. Leviston's lawyer Alex Alvarez said "this is the third attempt to stop this trial. My client deserves finality in the process." He told Wooten that Leviston's team is making an emergency application to federal court to get the stay lifted and he urged Wooten to ask the Manhattan jury to return next Monday until the legal maneuvers in Connecticut are settled. Renard noted that since the punitive damages still have to be determined, it is possible that a federal bankruptcy judge could set the amount due Leviston. Last week, Leviston's attorney, Philip Freidin, asked the jury for $10 million in punitive damages. Wooten retreated to his chambers to decide. The supposedly poor rapper, meanwhile, is continuing to live the high life — posting a flier on Instagram for yet another 40th birthday party Monday night, this time in California. He had one in New York last week while the trial was going on. The postings also make clear he apparently didn’t have any intention of testifying, because they show he was doing a signing for his vodka line in Glendale, Ca., on Sunday afternoon, and partying with models promoting the vodka that night.

Jury Orders 50 Cent to Pay $5 Million to Rick Ross' Baby Mama For Posting Her Sex Tape Online
More than five years after suing rapper 50 Cent for posting her private sex video online as part of his rap beef with her baby daddy, Lastonia Ross finally got justice This afternoon, a NYC jury ordered the rapper to pay Lastonia $5 million.
The whopping verdict came down after the four-woman, two-man jury deliberated for only an hour and ten minutes toward the end of a five-week trial Friday. Now Jackson may have to appear in court next week with his net worth statement in hand so the jury can decide on additional, punitive damages. The jurors found that the woman, Ross’ baby mama Lastonia Leviston, suffered “severe emotional distress” when the rapper, whose real name is Curtis Jackson, narrated the video calling her a “slut” and “motherf–king porn star.” They also decided that Jackson had profited off the posting that was linked to his website ThisIs50.com. The posting violated Leviston’s privacy rights, the jurors found. In a Hot 97 interview with Jackson that was played during the Manhattan Supreme Court trial the Grammy-Award winner admitted that his feud with Ross drove traffic to his website. Jackson needles Ross in the x-rated video with a voiceover saying, “Is that your baby Ricky?” Leviston’s lawyers said that the publication of the 2009 film, which shows her in graphic sex positions with her then boyfriend Maurice Murray, nearly drove the mother of two to suicide. Murray reportedly sold the video to Jackson after his breakup with Leviston. “Maurice broke her heart and 50 Cent ruined her life,” Leviston’s lawyer, Philip Freidin said in his closing statement Thursday. Freidin asked the judge to demand that Jackson come to court next week and turn over his state and federal tax returns for the past five years. The disclosure would provide a rare peak into the finances of one of the world’s most successful rappers. The Jamaica, Queens native and one-time crack cocaine dealer, who has his own vodka line and video game series, is reportedly worth a half billion dollars. The verdict came down just hours before Jackson’s 40th birthday celebration at Drai’s Nighclub in Las Vegas.
As it was announced in the Manhattan courtroom Leviston, 36, sat in the front row squeezing the hand of a friend and then wiped away tears as the jury foreman, a grey-haired art professor, read the verdict sheet. She won $2.5 million for the privacy violation and $2.5 million for emotional distress. Jackson’s attorney James Renard declined to comment because the hearing on punitive damages continues on Monday. During closing arguments he said Leviston – who he called a former topless dancer and escort nicknamed “Ecstasy”– was just after the rapper’s deep pockets. Renard also claimed the doctored video was “intended to be a satirical piece directed at Rick Ross.” Leviston declined to comment, but she grinned as she left court Friday afternoon.

17-year-old Boy Lights 11-year-old Boy on Fire
A 17-year-old boy is facing charges after he lit an 11-year-old boy on fire in Philadelphia this evening.
The vicious incident happened about 5:30 p.m. as the victim and one of his friends were sitting on the porch of a home on Hazel Street near 60th, Lt. John Walker, of Southwest Detectives, said. A 17-year-old boy walked past the two, carrying a bottle of hand sanitizer. The 11-year-old's companion, seeing the bottle, asked the teen if he could have some. The teen obliged, and the boy held out his hands. But instead of squirting the sanitizer in the boy's palms, the teenager turned the bottle onto his 11-year-old friend, spraying it on his torso, shirtless in the summer heat, while saying "You're dirty." Then, the teen produced a Bic lighter and set the boy on fire. It took about 10 seconds for the boy and his friend to douse the flames while the pyromaniac fled, Walker said. Medics later took him to Mercy Fitzgerald Hospital, where he remains tonight in stable condition. Meanwhile, patrol cops in the area picked the suspect up a few blocks from the scene, and his victim positively identified him. He now faces aggravated assault and related offenses. The 11-year-old boy suffered second-degree burns.

12-year-old Gangbanger Arrested for First-Degree Murder
A 12-year-old boy wanted in the June 29 shooting death of a 31-year-old man in Omaha, Nebraska, was arrested Tuesday night in Minneapolis.
Jarrell Milton was taken into custody by the U.S. Marshals Service and was to be booked ahead of court proceedings to return him to Nebraska. Milton is one of three boys accused in the fatal shooting near Miller Park. They planned to rob the men they lured there on the premise of a marijuana deal, a Douglas County prosecutor said Tuesday. Prosecutor Jim Masteller said gunfire began shortly after the youths — Jamar E. Milton, 17, Shuntayvious Primes-Willis, 15, and Jarrell Milton — met with the two men, one of whom was killed. Jamar Milton and Primes-Willis were ordered held without bail Tuesday, charged as adults with first-degree murder. Jarrell and Jamar are brothers. A preliminary hearing for Jamar Milton and Primes-Willis was scheduled for July 31. Charles Fisher, 30, was wounded in the June 29 shooting at 24th Street and Redick Avenue. Jamymell Ray, 31, was killed. Authorities say the three boys have gang ties. A prosecutor said Tuesday that the boys met the two men for a drug deal. During the meeting, the three boys showed guns. Primes-Willis fired his weapon at Fisher, striking him at close range, Masteller said. It was unclear whether all three boys opened fire. At least two different types of guns were used, Masteller said. Douglas County Attorney Don Kleine, speaking to reporters after the hearing, said police had found two guns and were searching for a third. Kleine said the investigation is continuing, including looking into how the boys may have obtained the guns. “It’s a concern when you have young people involved in crimes,” he said. “It shocks everyone.” Kleine has said Jarrell Milton is the youngest person he can remember being sought in connection with a first-degree murder charge. Fisher identified the three boys in a photo lineup. When Primes-Willis went before the judge, his mother, Shannon Willis, covered her eyes with her hands and cried. She declined a request for an interview outside the courtroom. No one from Jamar’s family attended the hearing. Fisher’s mother, Raye Fisher-Mimms, said that her son and Ray grew up with Lonnel Rae Primes, the father of Primes-Willis. “They called each other homies ... more than that, they called each other brothers,” Fisher-Mimms said. “(Primes) is just hurt. ... They were raised together. He doesn’t know how to take it.” Fisher-Mimms disputed the prosecutor’s account that the boys met the men for a marijuana deal. She said Fisher and Ray often went to the park near JND Grocery at 24th Street and Redick Avenue “just to sit and talk.”Jesus take the wheel.

Thieves Have Broken Into This Woman's Home Every Year Since 2013
Evadney Clark is sick and tired of burglars breaking into her home and stealing her stuff. The 71-year-old from Detroit who worked as a housekeeper before retiring says someone (whom she believes is a neighbor) has broken into her home in 2013, 2014 and last May. "I mean, '13, '14, '15, and when you call the police you got to go to the police station," she said. "No fingerprint, no investigation, it's nothing. I'm here suffering. I go to bed at night, I don't sleep sound. I sleep, I'm watching out." Evandney says there's nothing left to steal, but she'll "hang around for '16, see what happens for '16."

Ames, 27, who is also an affiliate of the globally renowned rap collective, was arrested Friday, as detectives were executing a warrant on his Clifton apartment. Police say he's affiliated with the Komrad Militant Bloods gang. The first gun case against Ames stems from an Oct. 30, 2013, incident: Police officers were conducting a floor-by-floor "vertical patrol" of 225 Park Hill Ave. and came upon Ames and several other people in a stairwell, according to a law enforcement source. He was carrying a .38 caliber Smith and Weapon handgun, and when the officers came upon him, he ditched it and ran, authorities allege. Police tested the gun and found Ames' DNA on it, and a review of video surveillance showed Ames carrying the gun prior to the run-in with cops, the law enforcement source said. Then, on Friday, Ames tried to flee as police were executing a search warrant on his fifth-floor apartment at 225 Park Hill Ave. as part of an ongoing investigation, authorities allege. Two detectives chased him, and he threw a gun – another .38 caliber Smith and Wesson – as he ran, police allege. He's accused of assaulting the two detectives, though it's not clear from the criminal complaint against him how he attacked them. The detectives, both assigned to the NYPD's Staten Island Gangs Squad, suffered scraped knees and elbows, and one of them sprained his hamstring, the complaint alleges. When detectives searched the apartment, they found two bullets and marijuana in his bedroom, police said. Police also arrested one of his relatives, Willie Ames, 45, who was present in the apartment, court papers allege. Dennis Ames faces multiple felony and misdemeanor charges, including second-degree criminal possession of a weapon and second-degree assault, according to information from Acting District Attorney Daniel Master's office. WBO Strips Floyd Mayweather of Title He Won in Pacquiao Fight
Floyd Mayweather has never been one to follow the rules or the lawso when he failed to comply with the rules set forth by the World Boxing Organization, it stripped him of one of his titles.
Floyd Mayweather Jr. has been stripped of the welterweight world title he won after beating Filipino Manny Pacquiao this year for failing to comply with rules, the World Boxing Organization said on Monday. Mayweather, who improved to 48-0 by beating Pacquiao in May, missed a deadline by which he had to pay a $200,000 sanctioning fee from the fight and vacate the junior middleweight title he also held, the WBO said in a statement. The WBO said it is against rules for boxers to hold world titles in multiple weight classes and that Mayweather had to indicate which weight division he would retain. Mayweather, who finished ahead on all three scorecards of what proved to be the top-grossing prize fight of all-time, had until 4:30 p.m. ET last Friday to advise the WBO of his position. "The WBO World Championship Committee is allowed no other alternative but to cease to recognize Mr. Floyd Mayweather, Jr. as the WBO Welterweight Champion of the World and vacate his title, for failing to comply with our WBO Regulations of World Championship Contests," the WBO said in a statement. Mayweather, who earned over $200 million from the fight which generated a record pay-per-view revenue in the United States of $400 million, has two weeks to launch an appeal.Floyd should contact the Department of Justice because it's possible he's being discriminated against because he didn't understand the rules -- because he can't read.
