Eddy Curry's former limo driver accuses the Knicks center in a lawsuit filed Monday of pointing a loaded gun at him in an attempt to keep him from complaining about sexual harassment and racial discrimination.
David Kuchinsky, the driver, alleges, "On more than one occasion in the last year of plaintiff's employment, Curry approached him, in the nude, and tried to solicit him to engage in homosexual acts with him by telling the plaintiff 'Look at me, Dave, look' and 'Come and touch it, Dave.' "
Kuchinsky says Eddy asked him to do "humiliating tasks outside the scope of his employment, such as cleaning up and removing dirty towels [into which Curry had ejaculated] so that his wife would not see them," the Manhattan federal court suit says.
The lawsuit contends that Curry used anti-semitic terms and racially-offensive language when referring to Kuchinsky, including "f- - - ing Jew," "cracker," "white slave," "white devil" and "grandmaster of the KKK."
Kuchinsky alleges that Curry, "on at least two different occasions, pointed a fully loaded, unclipped gun precisely in the plaintiff's direction and saying 'Look, the clips not in it' and 'Look, I have one in the chamber.' "
