It seems that Lil Kim's "bionic booty" had a little help from a surgeon's scalpel, much like her face, complexion and nose.
According to Dr. Anthony Youn, a plastic surgeon, Lil Kim's paid roughly $9,000 for a Brazilian butt lift.
“It’s a fat-grafting procedure where the fat is taken from the individual’s thighs and waist, transferred and implanted into the buttocks. It looks like the surgeon did a very nice job!”
A close to the entertainer tells The Enquirer: “Kim has never felt any shame about going under the knife to improve her appearance. She was always complaining about how her butt sagged, and she admired Jennifer Lopez’s back end," a close friend told The Enquirer.

yuck. she spent all that money to look like that? she is average at best. her face is terrible..she just needs a free paper bag from the grocery store to cover her face and some deep moisture lotion for her dry skin.
