Mariah's Diva Demands are Presidential

Mariah Carey's diva deluxe antics while on promo tour for her album and film are pissing people off.

Sources tell MSNBC the singer often demanded the performance venue's staff be removed from the floor so she and her team of more than a dozen "staffers" could then have secret meetings or play cards - or something. Her requests were met with a 'hell, to the naw!'

And then there's this:

“Her security is doing walk-throughs of her performance locations prior to her appearances, as if she’s the president or something,” said one person who was present at one such sweep.

All of this doesn't come as a surprise to someone who has worked with Mariah.

He tells MSNBC: “We were paying for her travel, her expenses, and yet she still wanted to be compensated nearly six figures just for hair and makeup."

Six figures for hair and make-up alone? See, her retoucher isn't the only high-paid person on her payroll.
