Joe Jackson Isn't Getting Any of Michael's Money. Let The Church Say Amen!

Michael Jackson's father does not stand to inherit any of his son's assets and cannot challenge the appointment of the executors chosen by the singer to handle his will, a judge said Tuesday.

Superior Court Judge Mitchell Beckloff said papa Joe Jackson was not named in the will but could pursue a motion to receive a family allowance from the estate because he claimed his son had been supporting him.

Joe had challenged the validity of Michael's will and was seeking a monthly stipend of more than $15,000!

The judge told Joe's lawyer, Brian Oxman: "I don't think he gets to step into this and create further litigation. Joe Jackson takes none of this estate. This is a decision his son made."

If you recall, Michael said at one point that he would get physically sick - as a child and as an adult - at the sight of his father.

Michael is probably still getting sick in the afterlife.

Sidebar: Michael's funeral cost almost $1 million!
The funeral bill alone from Forest Lawn Cemetery totaled $855,730, which included entombing Michael inside the Grand Mausoleum, costing $590,000. His casket cost $25,000, his burial garments came to $35,000, while $175,089 was spent on security. $3,682 for framing of a photograph of Michael next to his casket, $1,975 for the family's wardrobe, $11,716 for invitations/programs, $16,000 for flowers and $30,000 for additional cars and security. Wow!

This is all ridiculous to me. MJ took care of his father while he was alive. If anything of them had any ability to manage their money this wouldn't be going on.
