Mike Tyson Won't Face Charges For Punching Photographer

Prosecutors have decided not to prosecute Mike Tyson following a scuffle at LAX with a celebrity photographer, according to KTLA News.

Mike was arrested on a battery charge in November after the boxer and a paparazzo got into physical altercation at the United Airlines ticket counter at Terminal 7. The photographer suffered a "minor laceration to the forehead" and was treated at a hospital.

The L.A. City Attorney officially rejected the case against Mike yesterday, claiming insufficient evidence, according to L.A. City Attorney spokesman Frank Mateljan. Attorneys have also refused to prosecute the photographer, who was also charged with battery.
