Superior Court Judge Abraham Penn Jones found Andrew Young and his wife in contempt of court this morning in Pittsboro, North Carolina. (Last week, they were issued with a restraining order.)
The Youngs has until 2pm Wednesday to turn over all copies of the sex tape he has starring John Edwards, his big penis and his pregnant jumpoff Rielle Hunter. Plus, photos and computer files.
If they refuse to comply, the judge threatened to put them in jail.
Judge Jones said once the tape and photos are produced, he would put it under lock and key until the issue of who owns them is resolved.
That's after he gets a private screening in his chambers with the lights out and some tissue near by and before a court clerk, cuts the lock to the safe and leaks the tape onto the Internet.
