The divorce battle between Miami Heat star Dwyane Wade and estranged wife Siohvaughn is becoming more heated.
Siohvaughn has a filed a $50,000 civil lawsuit against Gabrielle Union, who is now Dwayne's girlfriend, for emotional distress because Gabrielle and Dwyane had sex in front of her sons. WHAT?!?
Siohvaughn Wade claims Union “engaged in sexual foreplay with Dwyane Wade" in front of Wade’s 8-year-old and 2-year-old sons while on an unsupervised visitation to his Miami home, according to the suit filed in Cook County Circuit Court.Siohvaughn says her older son is being treated by a pscyhiatrist for stress and anxiety, has developed nervous habits, experiences headaches, and is generally anxious to the point of “significant” hair loss causing bald spots, because of seeing Dwyane and Gabrielle make out in front of him. You know what? We're beginning to believe Dwyane -- Siohvaughn is mentally insane. Both Gabrielle and Dwayne say Siohvaughn's claims are "baseless" and without merit and is a last ditch effort to gain sole custody of the boys.
The suit also claims Wade's oldest son was allowed to play unsupervised in or around the Miami home’s pool at night. Wade and Union ignored the boy, whose “screams and cries” eventually got the attention of Wade’s mother, Jolinda Wade, who took the boy inside, according to the suit.
The 8-year-old later told court-appointed child representative Lester Barelay what happened and asked him “to put his father in jail…” so he would not have to return to the home, which he calls “the house where the woman kissing daddy lives,” the suit said.
The suit also claims the younger child nearly drowned while in his father’s care, and on another occasion, Union drove the boys to the park with his oldest son in the front seat.
On one visitation, Wade allegedly orchestrated a meeting between Union and the boys, where he introduced the actress as his “girlfriend” and said “that is why your mom and I are going to divorce,” according to the suit.
Gabriel's rep says:
“Each and every allegation made is entirely false. Ms. Union wasn’t in the state of Florida or Illinois where and when each of these allegations are said to have occurred. These false accusations were previously made approximately one month ago in family court. Not only was Ms. Union not named a defendant at that time but the court ultimately rejected these claims as frivolous. Gabrielle apologizes to the Circuit Court of Cook County, Illinois for tying them up with erroneous claims when there are real victims who should be receiving the legal attention they need.”
