Jared Dudley: LeBron James to Sign With NY Knicks; LeBron Gets Sued For Fraud (Update: It's the Miami Heat)

NBA baller LeBron James planned to made his big announcement tomorrow as to which team he'll play for next season, but a little birdie has spoiled the surprise.

LeBron will join the New York Knicks.

That news comes from Phoenix Suns forward Jared Dudley, who's the former teammate of Ama’re Stoudamire, who just signed a five-year, $100 million contract with the Knicks on Tuesday. He posted the news on Twitter:

LeBron plans to make to make the official announcement live on ESPN tomorrow night at a Boys and Girls Club in Greenwich, Conn., which is a stone's throw away from Madison Square Garden.

Coincidentally, a few weeks ago, LeBron was seen apartment hunting in NYC's Greenwhich Village and at the Time Warner Building at Columbus Circle. The former is on the market for $12 million; the latter will set him back $14 million. With the money he's expected to make, he can probably afford to buy both. According to several reports, LeBron is expected to make at least $1 billion playing for the Knicks!!!

It's also important to note: Almost everyone else say LeBron is signing with the Miami Heat. He's even made an offer on a $49.5 million waterfront estate in Coral Gables, according to several reports.

Update: LeBron's move to Miami is all but confirmed. He'll be partying in South Beach all weekend. He's reserved two dozen rooms and six poolside cabanas at the W South Beach, starting tonight and through Sunday. Must be nice!

Update 2, July 8: It's confirmed. It's the Heat.

In other news: The folks over at TMZ are reporting that LeBron and his mother, Gloria James, are being sued by a man who claims to be the basketball star's biological father.

Leicester Bryce Stovell, 55, said he tried to prove he was LeBron's dad, but LeBron and his mom, whom he remember very clearly having sex with, tampered with the evidence in a diabolical cover-up.

Leicester (pictured, below) is now seeking $4 million from both LeBron and his mother -- claiming fraud, defamation and misrepresentation.

He also says LeBron naming his second son Bryce is no coincidence.

Our question then is: Is Leicester prepared to pay back child support? Look down, Leicester!
