WATCH: Unbelievable iPhone 4 Tech Support Call Recorded

So, the recently-released iPhone 4 has been a failure, so much so that Steve Jobs plans to hold a press conference tomorrow to address the antenna issue. (Some are speculating, he'll announce a recall, but that's highly unlikely.) At first Apple said the phone didn't have a problem, then Steve responded to one angry customer’s email by telling him to simply stop holding his iPhone like that. Ugh?!? Which brings us to this video of an iPhone owner trying to get assistance from an Apple tech. It's probably fake as hell, but it's utterly entertaining.
