Rihanna's Family Wants Her to Get Back Together With Chris Brown

They say time heals all wounds, but while Rihanna has moved on with her life after then-boyfriend convicted felon Chris Brown (CFCB) beat her face to pulp, bit her, choked her and threatened to kill her during on Feb. 8, 2009, a pair of her supposedly "closest" family members, want the couple to rekindle their romance. It's all too much. In an interview with The Enquirer, Nicola Alleyine, 34, and Amanda Thompson, 38, say they've forgiven CFCB for his "mistake." In fact, Nicola goes so far as to say he was merely defending himself the night of the beatdown because "knowing Rihanna like I do, it was a fight." Mind you, Nicola and Amanda met CFCB once.
Rihanna's cousin Amanda Thompson -- who, like Nicola works in the fish market and clothing shop that are both owned by Rihanna's extended family in the Barbados capital of Bridgetown -- also wishes the couple would rekindle their romance. "I loved Chris Brown," 38-year-old Amanda -- who fondly remembers braiding a young Rihanna's hair -- told The Enquirer. "I met him after Rihanna had just won her first Grammy. She had a party in the Boatyard Bar in Bridgetown and I danced with him. He was really nice. I don't know what happened, but I would love [for] them to get back together. Everybody makes mistakes."

Do you believe this ish?! I mean, really?! Did these donkeys not see the photo of Miss Fenty's bruised and battered face? Or listened to her account of the beatdown? We wonder what that phone call will be like once Miss Fenty gets a hold of the news that her "closest" cousins are selling ridiculous stories about her to the tabloids. The Enquirer's report quoted a psychotherapist who basically said should: CFCB and Miss Fenty get back together, it'll only be a matter of time before he puts his hands on her again. For the time being, he's attacking inanimate objects. We won't be surprised if Miss Fenty and CFCB are meeting up for a quick jumpoff when it's convenient, but the chances of them getting back together and dating is as good as unicorns flying. Then again, stranger things have happened.
