Four months ago, when officers Tasered her brother, Raven Dozier started to cry and that's when she said Atlanta-area police officer kicked her in the stomach. Raven was almost 9 months pregnant at the time. Officer Jerad Wheeler -- who has a history of using excessive force against civilians, including twisting a 58-year-old woman's arm behind her back and pushed her face down in the patrol car and shooting a dog while he was on a chain inside their garage -- said he only did what he was taught and then had the gall to charge Raven with obstruction of justice. She clearly has a case of police brutality. This pregnant woman? Not so much.
