She reported the incident to police, hired an attorney and informed Crogman School Lots management about the attack, who promised to terminate the worker's contract and told Crystal he won't be allowed back on the property. A few weeks later she saw the man on the property. "I gave him eye contact," she said. "I started crying and called police." Crogman School Lots management (Aok Properties, LLC) then served Crystal, who has been living at the apartment complex for 7 years and receives government assistance with her rent, with an eviction notice not as retaliation but because she failed to properly report a tax filing in 2013.
