Warren Sapp Cops Plea, Won't Face Jail Time for Soliciting Prostitute at Super Bowl
Former NFL star Warren Sapp will not serve any jail time following his arrest in February for soliciting a prostitute and assault in Phoenix. According to Warren's attorney, his client entered into a plea agreement on April 24 that has him attending classes in order to avoid jail time. Warren pleaded guilty to soliciting an act of prostitution and assault, both misdemeanors. According to his attorney, Warren is currently attending anger management classes in Florida and has already completed a prostitution counseling program. While the solicitation charge has been dismissed, the assault charge won't be officially dismissed by the judge until the 42-year-old completes anger management classes.
