To say Josela Posada is a monster, would be kind. There are no words to describe this bitch. The 30-year-old El Salvadorian immigrant pleaded guilty to the first-degree murder of her 8-week-old baby, Kristopher, who died Feb. 13, 2010. She admitted this afternoon in court to shaking, beating, burning and torturing baby Kristopher since the day he was born.

During a preliminary hearing, baby Kristopher’s father, Orlando Vasquez, testified that Posada referred to the infant as a gay slur and had never wanted the child. Vasquez and Reno police detectives testified Posada admitted to them she struck the baby when she was angered by his crying. Posada has an older daughter who was 15-months old when Kristopher died after Posada said she had put him to sleep in his crib. Deputy District Attorney Elliott Sattler said the girl was healthy and well cared for, and that she is in the custody of relatives. Vasquez testified he was trying to get custody of his son and that Posada wouldn’t let him see the boy. At the time of the baby’s death, Posada had been working as a housekeeper for an apartment complex on Kuenzli Street, where she also lived with her children. Sattler said when Posada discovered her baby had died, she waited 45 minutes before a friend called police. She also did not seek medical attention for the child. He said an autopsy showed the underweight baby had injuries to his brain that were consistent with shaking, that both of his retinas were detached, and that he suffered several rib fractures, a broken femur, had whiplash, spinal cord injuries, and first and second-degree burns on his abdomen and groin area. The autopsy also showed that the injuries dated from the time he was born until the day he died. A teenage girl who babysat Kristopher testified that he was always screaming and shrieking as if he were in severe pain. Posada blamed the boy’s burn blisters on “diaper rash,” the girl said.

Man Regrows Foreskin

After Ron Low began experiencing difficulties "performing" in the bedroom with his wife, the 48-year-old industrial engineer from Chicago tried new positions and creams, but none of that work. He finally went to his doctor for help. The doctor had none. So, Ron took matters into his own hands.

When the doctor was no help, he turned to the Internet, which suggested the circumcision he'd had as a baby had taken away nerve cells. So, Low created a homemade foreskin-growing device that he now builds and sells with his family. On Sunday, April 3, TLC follows Low's journey in the second season of its 10-episode series, "Strange Sex," which explores mysterious medical conditions, fetishes and the science behind sexual attraction. Low contends that circumcised men have lost a large area of tissue. "It's highly innervated with dense-packing pleasure receptors," he said....Low was so desperate to undo his own circumcision that in April 2001, after reading online about other attempts to regrow foreskin, he took matters into his own hands. "It might make my sexual experience better," said Low, who taped up his penis every morning after a shower and took the tape off only to urinate or to have sex with his wife. When he told his wife, her reaction was "This sounds ridiculous -- is this an April Fool's joke?" Low himself was cynical. "I thought it must be an elaborate Internet hoax, or everyone's doing it," he said. He started with a 35 mm film canister and tucked in the glans with lotion, then taped it up. "Moisture is what's needed to be rejuvenated," said Low. Like a Band-Aid applied to the skin's surface, the taping forced the penis to shed epithelial cells, and the skin became more tender to the touch. It also stretched the tissue. Plastic surgeons use similar techniques when expanding tissue to be grafted to another part of the body, according to Low. "In a few months, I noticed changes," he said. Eventually, Low created his own soft silicone device, that was conical in shape and tapered to allow skin to regrow, and was comfortable to wear. "It comes off instantly and takes under a minute to put back on," Low said, laughing. "But you're a stall guy now, not a urinal guy." Today, years later, Low's new tissue is still there and very sensitive, he said. He sells a kit of what he calls TLC Tuggers for $60 on eBay, which is where the television producers found him. Now, Low is pushing for a legal ban on male circumcision before a child is old enough to consent, and has joined the Stop Circumcision Society to march on Washington. "I would like to be put out of business," he said.

While the American Academy of Pediatrics has remained neutral on the issue, the rate of circumcisions in the United States has dropped significantly in the past three years, from 56 percent in 2006 to 33 percent in 2009, according to a recent review of data from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Missing Bronx Zoo Cobra Captured

The poisonous Egyptian cobra that vanished from its quarters at the Bronx zoo last Thursday has been found alive coiled up in a dark corner of the Reptile House at about 9am during one of three daily sweeps by a half-dozen zoo workers. Using special tongs and hooks, they easily apprehended the deadly 20-inch-long snake. The cobra will eventually go on exhibit - which should be a big draw, given its notoriety. The Egyptian cobra's venom is so deadly that it can kill a full-grown elephant in three hours -- or a person in about 15 minutes, according to wildlife experts. The venom destroys nerve tissue and causes paralysis and death due to respiratory failure. Officials from the zoo say they were confident the pencil-thin 20-inch-long reptile was still somewhere in the House of Reptiles, not roaming the city.

Man Gets 3 Years in Prison For Sex With 7 Sheep

Kwaku Amable, who lives in Ghana and is married with two children, was sentenced to three years in prison after he was found guilty of bestiality. Last week, a farmer found the 36-year-old raping one of his sheep.

The complainant, he said, reared sheep at his backyard and for some time now, some of his animals had been dying mysteriously. “Within a month, seven of the sheep died,” Chief Inspector Baffour Kyei told the court. Last Friday, March 25, at about 12 midnight, Adamu heard one of the sheep bleating in the pen which compelled him out of the room to see what was wrong. He said the complainant got closer to the pen and as he was approaching it, he saw a pair of bathroom sandals in front of the pen and a towel hanging on it. “When the complainant entered the pen, he found one of the sheep lying very weak. He lifted it up to ascertain what had happened to it only to see some whitish fluid emitting from the vulva,” he told the court. The complainant was shocked after seeing the spectacle and decided to look round with a flash light to see who might have entered the pen. The complainant surprisingly found Amable hiding in the backyard garden behind the pen, with his penis dangling. Realising that he had been caught, the convict knelt down and started to plead with the complainant to forgive him for abusing the animal. He also pleaded with the complainant not to disclose the information to anybody. Chief Inspector Baffour Kyei said even though the complainant initially acceded to the convict’s request, he later changed his mind and reported the matter to the police.

Grandson Stuffs Dead Granny's Body into Closet So He Could Have Sex on Her Bed

An East Harlem granny was found dead in a bedroom closet on Wednesday - after relatives walked in on her grandson having sex with a woman in the same room, police sources said. Two concerned relatives walked into the apartment at the Wagner Houses on E. 124th St. shortly before 11 a.m. They hadn't heard from 76-year-old Cora Davis for two days. They opened the bedroom door to find her grandson Larry Davis, 21, having sex with a 20-year-old woman on the bed. "Where's Mama? Where's Mama?" a relative asked Larry Davis, according to the sources. An argument erupted. One of the relatives threatened to call police, and Davis ran off. The woman he was having sex with - who has a prostitution bust on her record - stayed behind. Cops arrived and searched the apartment, finding Cora Davis' body crammed in the bedroom's closet under a pile of clothes, the sources said. The city medical examiner was trying last night to determine the cause of death. Sources said investigators found signs of hemorrhaging around Davis' eyes that suggest she may have been strangled. "I was here when [Larry] left," said neighbor Angel Rodriguez, 56. "I saw him go out of the building. He didn't seem upset." Law enforcement sources said there were several domestic incident reports filed at the home, but none involved violence. The elderly woman also had an order of protection against her grandson. Neighbors said they'd witnessed Davis' drug-addled grandson getting hauled out in cuffs before. "It's just a horrible thing because she was a lovely lady," said close friend Dorothea Sadler, 81. "She didn't bother anybody." Sadler said Davis had lived in the building for more than 40 years. "She was a beautiful woman," Rodriguez said. "I knew her most of my life." Larry Davis, who is still being sought by police, has prior arrests that include drug possession and assault. He was arrested early this month for trespassing. An arrest warrant was issued after he failed to appear in court to answer the trespassing charge.

Earlier this month, news broke that Bobbi Kristina, the 18-year-old daughter of Whitney Houston and Bobby "Bobbbbbbbbbbbaaaaaay!" Brown, is addicted to cocaine and alcohol and prescription pills and boys. In fact, an ex-boyfriend sold photos of Bobbi Kris allegedly snorting cocaine on different occasions to the National Enquirer. In the days following the bombshell report, Bobbi Kris said she was set-up. After the dust-up, Whitney called a family meeting and shipped off Bobbi Kris to rehab, but the teenager refused to admit she has an addiction problem, allegedly saying she just snort cocaine "for fun." Now, it's been reported that Whitney paid $49,000 to send Bobbi Kris to Talbott Recovery Campus, an alcohol and drug abuse treatment center in Atlanta, Ga. Bobbi Kris was there for less than 24 hours before Whitney pulled her out. Now, the legendary singer has turned to her cousin and cheerleader, Dionne Warwick, for help, according to the Enquirer.

"....Whitney pulled Krissi out of the program after one day because she was afraid of what Krissi would tell the other addicts in group sessions," the source revealed. "Krissi has been fighting rehab anyway, saying she's not addicted to cocaine.

Whitney feared that her rebel daughter would reveal secrets about their dysfunctional family while in theraphy, said the source....After yanking Krissi out of rehab, Whitney begged her 70-year-old cousin for help, said the source.

"Whitney had seen Dionne on 'Celebrity Apprentice' and was impressed with how she kept her cool. So she put out a call to her," the source revealed. "Dionne agreed to help, and she told Whitney straight out that she may be a movie and singing star, but she's got to spend more time at home. In 2005, Marilyn Leisz a plastic surgery fiend from New Jersey (The How You Doin' State) says she went to a surgeon named Paul Parker to have a procedure to correct bumps on her eyelids from a surgery performed by another doctor, but now she can't close her eyes to blink or sleep and has to use a number of drops and gels to ensure her eyes are not damaged or her vision impaired. Due to the problems, she's unable to play tennis, racquetball or go swimming, horseback riding, bike riding, skeet shooting, or gardening. Poor thing. So, she's filed a negligence lawsuit against Dr Parker seeking unspecified damages. Marilyn says she's able to correct the problem, but is afraid to undergo more surgery. Girl, look down!

Man Strangled Girlfriend, Carved 'Do Not Resuscitate' Into Her Chest

Nathaniel Simon, 54, of Albion, Wash. was arrested Tuesday after he strangled his girlfriend and carved “Do Not Resuscitate” into her chest. According to police, the assault occured on March 25, but was not reported by his girlfriend until March 29. The victim suffered multiple bruises, lacerations and had the words “Do Not Resuscitate” cut into her chest with an edged weapon. The woman, who said she did not lose consciousness during the assault, was treated for her injuries and released. Nathaniel is charged with assault, harassment and unlawful imprisonment. He's currently held on $500,000 bail.

Clara Chapman, 47, was gardening in her yard in Plant City, Fla. on Monday when the ground gave way beneath her feet and she fell into a seven-foot sinkhole. She dialed 911, threw the phone out of the sinkhole and begged for help. This isn't the first time Clar fell in a sinkhole. About a year ago she Carla fell in a sinkhole on the other side of the house where she trapped for almost two hours until a neighbor heard her yell and came and got her out. Girl, it's probably time to move.

Stop Us if You've Heard This One Before: Collagen Westwood, a 21-year-old aspiring British singer, is hellbent on people thinking she's a man in drag and has spent more than $8000 on plastic surgery to plump up her lips and straighten her nose to get the effect. She doesn't plan to stop there, though. As soon as she's garnered enough coins, she plans to get lipo, a boob job and have several ribs removed.

Collagen, who counts Lily Savage and 80s group Dead or Alive singer Pete Burns among her idols has also bought elaborate wigs and revealing low-cut dresses. The young woman said: "I've admired drag queens since I was a little girl. They're glamorous and beautiful - what woman wouldn't want to look like that? I have a couple of different wigs that I wear when I go out, and people are always assuming I'm a transvestite. I love it when people mistake me for a man. It doesn't offend me - I think drag queens look fantastic. Collagen spends at least three hours getting ready for a night out - and her huge blonde wig and elaborate make-up are so difficult to put on, she has to be helped by her make-up artist friend. She added: "I'm saving up for more surgery. I love being plastic. I can't wait until I've got enough for liposuction and to have some ribs removed - so I can fit into even smaller corsets, but I want a breast enlargement too. I have my lips plumped up with collagen injections every few months. I've always been fascinated by the elaborate clothes and make up that drag queens wear." Collagen said her mother had many friends who were drag queens when she was growing up and she always wanted to be like them. Man Charged With Evidence Tampering After He 'Ate the Weed'

Richard Parker, 29, was pulled over by police in El Paso, Texas this morning because of a broken brake light, but as police approached the car, they detected a strong odor of weed coming from the inside of the vehicle. The officer then noticed that Richard's mouth was full and asked him to open his mouth. Richard complied and revealed it was full of weed. The officer asked him to spit it out, he refused, telling the cop later: "I ate the weed, you know dog." He was arrested and charged with evidence tampering.

Obese Man Stuck in Chair for Two Years; Skin Was Fused to Chair, Infested With Maggots

This is the absolutely saddest and most gut-wrenching thing you'll hear today. Last Sunday, police officers in Bellaire, Ohio had to cut a 43-year-old obese man out of a chair, which he was stuck in for two years. His skin had become attached to the fabric of the chair and he he was sitting in his own feces and urine and maggots were everywhere. The thing is: Two other able-bodied people lived in the home -- another man, who had a separate bedroom, and the girlfriend of the man who was stuck in the chair. Police were called after he was non-responsive; he was taken to the hospital where he's since died. According to reports, the man insisted on living his life in the chair. (He was not forced to live confined to the chair, with no access to hygiene.) We could be wrong, but we say the obese man's girlfriend was having relations with the roommate. 12-Year-Old Gives Birth During School Trip

A 12-year-old Dutch schoolgirl, who was unaware of her pregnancy, gave birth to a baby girl during a school trip last week.

"Neither the girl nor her family had realised she was pregnant, and there were no external signs to show it," a spokesman for the health services said, adding he did not know how many months pregnant the girl had been. The girl, from Groningen in the north of the Netherlands, was on a day out on Tuesday last week with her classmates where she began to feel violent stomach pains, the spokesman said. A supervisor thought the pains suspicious and alerted the emergency services. When ambulance staff arrived they saw the girl was on the point of giving birth and rushed her to a nearby building where she had her baby. Both "are doing well" in the maternity ward of a Groningen hospital, the spokesman said. A social worker has been charged with looking after the welfare of the baby, he said, adding that this was standard practice in the Netherlands in such cases.

Social services say the girl "may be in an unsafe environment" at home. They have reason for concern: Her father was previously convicted of abusing an older sister.

Alye Pollack, an eighth-grader at Bedford Middle School in Westport, Connecticut, posted a powerful video using nothing but a video camera and homemade signs to describe the torment suffered at school. In the video, the 13-year-old doesn't speak but instead holds up signs expressing her plight: "I am bullied. Not a day has gone by without one of these words -- 'bitch,' 'whore,' 'fat, 'lesbo,' 'slut,' 'freak,' ugly,' 'weird,' fag," the signs read. A well-off Florida senior citizen has been pickpocketing her way through Chinatown, prosecutors charge -- targeting pedestrians for robbery as soon as she gets out of court. "I hate Chinese people," Ha Vasko, 67 -- a former war refugee from Vietnam -- explained to cops when she was busted on March 21, her fourth such arrest and the third that came right after she faced a judge. "They sell fake stuff, take the money and send the money back home," Vasko told the officers, according to a confession made public yesterday. "They get benefit cards and they don't contribute anything back. So I take their money and give it to people who need it. I give it to homeless people who need it," Vasko claimed. A retired restaurateur, Vasko owns a $400,000 home in Melbourne, Fla., with her retired-businessman husband, John. But on an afternoon in June, she was busted at Canal and Mulberry streets after allegedly unzipping a woman's fanny pack and lifting $500. That led to just the first of her four open felony indictments -- a crime spree so unusual, it came to the attention of the Manhattan DA's crime-strategies unit, which targets serial offenders. Prosecutors say that each time Vasko travels here from Florida for a court date, she walks straight from the lower Manhattan courthouse to nearby Chinese neighborhoods, where she's been busted three additional times on charges of jostling and pickpocketing.

Lady Blames 11-year-old Girl Gang-Raped By 19 Men For Attack

Meet Sheila Hightower. She's a donkey. A poor, lost, ignorant donkey. Last November, an 11-year-old girl was brutally raped by 19 men, ages 14 to 27, in Cleveland, Texas. Over the next few days, video of the rape went viral around school. All of the suspects are black, so Sheila and other residents of the 7,500-person city are turning this into a race issue and blaming the way the sixth grader dressed and her parents’ lack of supervision in connection to her sexual assault. It was recently revealed that the attacks occurred over a 3-month period and the girl has been placed in foster care. Her parents, who are Mexican immigrants, had to relocate due to threats and have been ordered to attend group counseling in order to regain custody. If convicted, the suspects could face life imprisonment. Sidebar: This story of blaming the victim has even reached the pages of the New York Times, which placed blame on the victim, too. Under pressure, the paper was forced to re-write the story.

WATCH: Drunk Lady Tries to Recite the Alphabet

Last weekend, a police officer witnessed Nancy Bodo driving over several objects along the road in Alliance, Ohio. He pulled her over and administed a sobriety test. Nancy failed miserably at reciting the alphabet or counting. She later admitted to drinking alcohol and taking prescription pills. Cops suspended her license and cited her for having an open beer can in her car. She was free to go, but the police department uploaded this dashcam video to Facebook for us to gawk at.

The body of 17-year-old Columbia, who was shot dead while playing in a neighborhood park on Saturday (allegedly by a contract killer), was taken from the funeral home and paraded through the streets to the General Santander stadium in Cucuta, Colombia to "watch" his favorite soccer play. Friend say they wanted Jerome to go to the stadium "one last time." Police are baffled as to how the coffin got through security at the ground and was allowed to be held aloft and passed around in the stands. Stadium officials are to hold an investigation into how the dead body was allowed into the ground.

Bus Driver Kicks Laughing Baby Off Bus

While traveling on a bus in Australia yesterday, Toni Hay and her 13-month-old daughter, Heather, were having the time of their lives -- laughing and playing and giggling and have coochie-coochie-cooing. Much to the chagrin of the bus driver and other passengers. Toni admitted that her daughter was loud and making "happy squealing noises", but after several requests from the driver to quieten her baby fell on deaf ears, the fed-up bus driver kicked Toni and the baby off the bus. Bye!

About eight minutes into the journey she said the bus driver yelled out that if she couldn't keep her daughter quiet then they would have to get off the bus. "Heather was squealing because she was happy and the driver threatened to throw us off," Ms Hay said. A distressed and embarrassed Ms Hay said she apologised to other passengers and gave her daughter a biscuit and a drink and tried playing with her. "She wasn't screaming or carrying on or anything, she was smiling and happy," she said. The driver threatened to throw her off the bus two more times and Ms Hay said after that she kicked them off. "The woman was like 'Right, that's it. I've been telling you since Casuarina that you're going to have to get off the bus if you can't keep your baby quiet,' " she said. By this time Ms Hay said the next stop was theirs and they disembarked any way. Before getting off the bus Ms Hay said she asked for the drivers name but the woman refused to tell her. Humiliated and belittled she said once inside she contacted Darwin Bus Services and unsuccessfully voiced her complaint to management. "They said their managers were away all week and the man was very vague and didn't want to know about the complaint," Ms Hay said. She told the employee: "I don't think she (driver) should be in charge of a pig, let alone a bus."

Girl Pistol-Whips Mother, Forces Her to Buy Car

Rachel Hachero is nothing if not determined. After checking out a convertible at a Fort Myers, Fla. car dealership, the 17-year-old honor student learned that she couldn't get approval on a loan by herself, so she called her mother, Linda Hachero, who told her no. Uh-oh. Police say Rachel then drove to her mother's home, pistol-whipped the bitch with a stolen 9 mm and threatened to shoot her in the head if she didn't co-sign for the car. The mom raced to the dealership and co-signed the loan, Rachel got the 2004 black Nissan 350Z she always wanted and now she's not going to jail. Wait, what? Apparently, Linda refused to file charges. Cops, however, charged Rachel with aggravated assault with intent to commit a felony, battery and possession of a firearm by a person under the age of 18.

Man Smears Feces on Ex-Girlfriend's Door, Lights it on Fire

Rasheen (Illuminati) Harrison, of Staten Island, NY done lost his friggin mind! We mean, really! Last Sunday, the 24-year-old (pictured, above) took a dump then smeared the feces on his pregnant ex-girlfriend's apartment door then lit the door (pictured, below) on fire.

Harrison’s rampage began shortly before 5:30 a.m., police allege — he stripped naked inside the elevator of his ex-girlfriend’s apartment building on the 300 block of Vanderbilt Avenue, then defecated, according to authorities. He then went to the woman’s sixth-floor apartment, wiped the excrement on the door, and lit his clothes and the door on fire, authorities allege. "I’m going to set your house on fire and this whole building down with you in it," he screamed, capping off the remark with a string of expletives, according to court papers. The woman and her two young children were inside at the time and couldn’t leave, since the door and the doorknob were hot to touch, police allege. She’s also six months pregnant with his child, according to a law enforcement source. When firefighters and police arrived, Harrison was naked and still had the evidence on his hands, the source said. "Yeah, I did it," he allegedly told police. "She stole my cell phone. I had a yellow lighter. I set it on fire." Later, Harrison was taken to a cell in the 120th Precinct stationhouse in St. George where, a law enforcement source said, he defecated a second time.

DJ Megatron Killed During Weed Run

Last weekend, hip-hop DJ and TV personality DJ Megatron (real name: Corey McGriff) was shot once in the torso (the bullet tore through his left rib cage, lung and heart) and killed near his home on Staten Island, NY while on a weed run, according to police.

[DJ Megatron] was chatting with a male pal of his, telling him he was to buy marijuana at 2 a.m. Sunday when the line went dead, source said. The friend told police he didn’t hear any gun shots and McGriff’s cell phone was found near his body, law enforcement officials said. ‘‘They were talking and the phone went dead,’’ a law enforcement source said. Cops are still weighing several possible scenarios, including random crime, a drug deal gone awry or a planned hit. McGriff, 32, had left his 4-year-old son in his home alone, sources said. At least three young men were spotted fleeing the scene, cops said. McGriff — who had worked for WQHT-FM Hot 97 radio and TV’s BET — had just $1 in his wallet when he was killed, and cops said a gal pal was paying his bills. The victim is also survived by an 11-year-old daughter and 9-month-old boy. "They’re trying to cope with the situation, especially the 11-year-old," the dee jay’s mom Louvenia McGriff said. "She’s very hurt and upset and doesn’t understand why anyone would want to do that to her dad."

Months After Son's Death, Parents Demand His Sperm So 'He Will Continue to Live in the Bodies of Others'

The parents of 27-year-old Israeli man Ohad Ben-Yaakov, who died last September after being injured while installing an air-conditioner at his part-time job, want to use his sperm so that he "will continue to live in the bodies of others". The parents (pictured, above) want grandkids and want to find a surrogate for Ohad's sperm.

His parents, Mali and Dudi Ben-Yaakov, donated his organs following his death and are now demanding permission to use his sperm to continue the family line. Ohad was in a coma for two weeks following the accident. "When the parents realised that their son was brain dead, they asked one of the doctors about the procedure for drawing sperm," Haaretz has reported. "They filed a request at the Family Court, which authorised the drawing of the sperm, but its use for the fertilising of an egg is limited to the partner of the man." Haaretz has reported that the Ben-Yaakovs "embarked on a precedent-setting legal battle" this week when they appealed to Attorney-General Yehuda Weinstein for permission to use their dead son's sperm. The parents said: "If we were entitled to donate the organs of our son why are we not entitled to make use of his sperm in order to bring offspring to the world?" Haaretz said the case was unique "because Ohad did not leave behind written or verbal instructions on using his sperm, and his parents embarked on their legal struggle without a woman who would serve as the mother of the child". "At this stage their claim is to ownership rights of the sperm," it reported. "Based on instructions set by the attorney-general in 2003, a woman whose partner was killed may use his sperm to bear children. In Israel the right of the parents to ownership of the sperm of their child is not yet recognised." The Ben-Yaakovs consulted friends and family over their decision to donate Ohad's organs. His parents initially "rejected the idea of donating his organs, but understood that these could save other lives, and agreed". "He was a giving person, and when we realised that there is no way to bring him back, we wanted that Ohad will continue to live in the bodies of others. This is what he would have wanted," they said. Ohad's parents want to find a woman who would be willing to become pregnant with their son's sperm. They said they did not want her to "be brought into the legal battle". "In 2003, then-attorney-general Elyakim Rubinstein held talks with legal, medical and ethics experts, and it was agreed to grant legal auspices to the sperm to the partner, but not the parents," Haaretz said. Rubinstein said: "Except for his partner, there is no legal standing [to the parents] on the issue of their children's fertility. Not in their lifetime, and certainly not when they are dead." "Providing an opening to the parents of a partner to enter intimate and private area such as this raises very difficult questions and complex issues, and this should be avoided," Rubinstein said. "The law does not recognise the right to have a grandchild."

Son Allowed Maggots to Feed on Dying Mother

Brian White (pictured) is a despicable POS. He pleaded guilty to failure to provide for an impaired person and involuntary manslaughter today in Cincinnati after he allowed his disabled mother's body to become infested with maggots as she lay dying.

Investigators said 46-year-old Jorene White was bedridden and her husband was her sole caretaker. Police responded to a 911 call at the Whites' home on July 23 to find Jorene White dead in filthy conditions, covered in flies and maggots. Homicide investigators said her bedding hadn't been changed in two years. But investigators discovered that while they originally thought Jorene White had been dead for a week, an autopsy revealed that she had been dead for only about a day, indicating that the maggots were feeding on her while she was alive. The autopsy determined that White died of a blood infection, and prosecutors said Darrel White didn't seek treatment as she became more ill.

Barry Bonds' Ex-Jumpoff Spills the Tea

Kimberly Bell, a Playboy model who dated former baseball player Barry Bonds from 1994 to 2003 (while he was married to one women, divorced then remarried), spent four hours testifying in Barry's perjury trial today.

Bonds admitted to her that he was not always taking steroids but did so because many athletes were achieving greater success. She said that he stated the steroid use contributed to an elbow injury the all-time home run king suffered in 1999.
She also mentioned that Bonds' sexual performance declined over time, that his testicles changed shape and shrank and he also developed back acne. His demeanor also changed and she stated he became more aggressive and agitated in his behavior. The most chilling testimony was when she told the jury on the witness stand that he once threatened to "cut my head off and leave me in a ditch," and that "he would cut out my breast implants because he paid for them." She was cross-examined viciously by the defense, which tried to portray her as a liar and a gold digger. Bell posed for Playboy in 2007 and was compensated $100,000 for her pictorial.

Mahatma Gandhi, the revered political leader who swore to speak the truth and advocated that others do the same and championed the principle of non-violence, was racist and bisexual, according to new biography.

Great Soul, written by former New York Times executive editor Joseph Lelyveld, makes several new claims about the man who led India to independence. The book alleges that as an older man he held "nightly cuddles" – without clothes - with seventeen year-old girls in his entourage, including his own niece. It also suggests that he was in love with German-Jewish architect and bodybuilder, Hermann Kallenbach, for whom he left his wife in 1908. "Gandhi wrote to Kallenbach about 'how completely you have taken possession of my body. This is slavery with a vengeance'," the book said, going on to claim that Gandhi nicknamed himself "Upper House" and Kallenbach "Lower House." It goes on: "He made Lower House promise not to 'look lustfully upon any woman.' The two then pledged 'more love, and yet more love . . . such love as they hope the world has not yet seen.'" In another startling revelation, the book claims he held racist views against South African blacks. "We were marched off to a prison intended for Kaffirs," he is quoted as saying during a visit to the country. "We could understand not being classed with whites, but to be placed on the same level as the Natives seemed too much to put up with. Kaffirs are as a rule uncivilised." The Wall Street Journal review of the book said it recast Gandhi as "a sexual weirdo, a political incompetent, a fanatical faddist, implacably racist, and a ceaseless self-promoter, professing his love for mankind as a concept while actually despising people as individuals."

Man Crashes Car, Dies While Having Sex With Woman

Andrew Coronado, 23, is dead after the car he was driving careened off the road and smashed into a utility pole in San Antonio, Texas early Sunday morning. The female passenger is currently in critical condition after both of her legs were broken. Police say Andrew was naked and the woman was partially clothed and they were having sex (she was sitting in his lap, ahem, enjoying the ride) at the time of the crash. According to chatter, Andrew is married with a young child and the woman was someone he just met. RIP.

Cyclops Baby Born With One Eye, No Nose

Last week, an Indian woman gave birth to a baby boy with one eye in the center of his forehead and no nose. Doctors were shocked when they delivered the infant by cesarean section from the 34-year-old mother, Veena Chavan.

A sonogram during Chavan's 32nd week of pregnancy revealed the baby was hydrocephalic, meaning water was accumulating on his brain. According to the doctor's report, medical staff wanted to perform an intrauterine shunting procedure but could not because of the advanced stage of her term. Chavan not only grieved the loss of her son, but was upset that she did not even have an opportunity to see him. "This was my third pregnancy. I lost my previous child while I was carrying. I was told that the baby had water in the brain but never had I expected the baby to be born with one eye and no nose," she told reporters. Chavan's one surviving child is an 8-year-old daughter. Surprisingly, this form of cyclopia occurs in roughly one in 250 embryos and is a rare form of holoprosencephaly, which affects how the front of the brain is formed during fetal development. With cyclopia, the eyes and nose don't form properly. Such fetuses are often lost early in the pregnancy. Thus, despite the higher-than-expected odds, it's rarely seen. The cause is often the result of a genetic mutation, though alcoholic and diabetic mothers are at greater risk of carrying a cyclopic child.

According to reports, customs officials became suspicious after Morla's inconsistent answers about her travel, frisked her and found the cocaine hidden in an undergarment.

Man Tries to Hire Hit Man to Kill Daughter's Boyfriend, Posts Reward Posters

Domingos Oliveira, 50, is not very bright. The Spring Valley, Calif. man was arrested this afternoon on suspicion of solicitation for murder after he posted "Wanted Dead or Alive" posters (below) about town offering $3000 to anyone willing kill his 19-year-old daughter's boyfriend.

Police were contacted by Oliveira's daughter and boyfriend after several reward posters were posted on the Grossmont College campus over the last two weeks. The home-made fliers, allegedly made and distributed by Oliveira, offered $3000 for the boyfriend's body "dead or alive." The poster listed the boyfriend's name, had his photo and said he was a convicted sex offender. The boyfriend is 33 years old and a registered sex offender, according to police. Investigators released a copy of the poster with the boyfriend's personal information obscured.

Going to Church is Bad For Your Health: study

Regular church-goers are not just prone to rapings, it makes you fat (making you unable to run away from your predatory pastor). That's according to a new study from Northwestern University in Chicago. Researchers followed 2,433 young men and women for 18 years in Chicago, Minneapolis, Birmingham, Ala., and Oakland, Calif. The group was tested - at first between 20 and 32 years old - for various cardiovascular disease risk factors such as diabetes, hypertension, and smoking. Those same tests were repeated in the same group over the next 25 years. Those who reported attending church weekly, or more often, were more than twice as likely to become obese than those who do not. Most of the participants were Christians — reflecting the dominant religion in the United States.

Stop Us If You've Heard This One Before: Pastor Raped Four Female Parishioners

Sadly, whenever we hear stories of pastors coercing parishioners into sex, it's usually young, impressionable boys who are taken advantage of by self-hating preachers. Not today. Rev. Patrick Edouard, who's the pastor of Covenant Reformed Church in Pella, Iowa, was arrested after he sexually assaulted four married women (who're members of his congregation) for several months in the basement of his home where he'd invite the women for "counselling" sessions. After the rapings, the 41-year-old pastor told the victims "if she raised an alarm it would be her word against his, she would not be believed and he would make sure everyone knew she was crazy", according to a criminal complaint (below) obtained by Channel 13. The women are all married to prominent men in the community. Pastor Edouard, who's a native of Haiti, is also married and has four children. After he was confronted by a group of church elders and two of the victims' husbands, pastor Edouard resigned. Police believe there are more victims.

Joseph Hawthorne, 25, of Louisville, Ky. was arrested last night after he struck his girlfriend's 4-year-old daughter in the face then made her stand in the corner with a bar of soap stuffed in her mouth as punishment for whining. When the girl's mother tried to intervene, Joseph struck her with a baseball bat and tied her up with a phone cord. Sounds like a catch.

Man Dies While Giving Wife CPR

A Joyce, Wash. man died Wednesday while trying to administer CPR to his dead wife after she collapsed.

A man apparently trying to save his wife with CPR collapsed himself, fell on top of her and died Wednesday night in the couple's home in the tiny town of Joyce on the Olympic Peninsula. Rescuers broke into the home and tried to revive both the man and his wife, but both died. Firefighters responded to a 911 call of a CPR in progress about 9:45 p.m. at a home about one mile east of Joyce, about 60 miles west of Port Angeles, according to Alex Baker, chief of Clallam County Fire District 4. It's assumed the call came from the homeowner. The house was dark and locked, but a television was on in a back room, Baker said. Firefighters tried unsuccessfully to open the door. They went to the back door, which was also locked, and saw the couple on the floor. Rescuers, including police, broke in and tried to revive the couple. Baker said firefighters attempted CPR on the couple for 40 minutes without success. He said the man, 60, was slumped over the woman when firefighters entered the home, indicating the man was trying to perform CPR on his wife, 59. "This was just a tragic event," he said. The couple has not been identified, but Leonard Pierce, owner of the Joyce General Store, said they had just moved to Joyce and built a new home. "It's terrible," he said.

FIGHT! Cops Brawl Over Turf

Hide ya wives, hide ya kids....it's a turf warf and someone should get shot! Last Friday, police officers from the Colwyn and Darby boroughs of Delaware County (that's in Pennsylvania) got into a fracas over which police department should have responded to an incident.

According to Fox29, What Had Happened Was: Last Friday afternoon a woman flagged down a police officer. She said a man had punched her friend a block away, knocking her to the ground. The police officer from Colwyn arrested the man as more officers arrived. The first officer on scene had crossed the border from Colwyn into Darby, which is another jurisdiction. Minutes later, Darby's police chief showed up. The chief began arguing with the Colwyn officer, who was sitting in his patrol car behind the wheel. On the video, you can hear other Darby officers trying to calm the chief down. But the argument escalates. The chief shouts, "get out of Darby," as the Colwyn officer gets out of his patrol car and then has to be restrained. All the while, the victim is still laying on the ground as emergency crews work on her. There's a pretty long history of bad blood between these two towns.

Muammar Gadhafi's Plastic Surgeon Speaks

Libyan dictator Muammar Gadhafi is not only crazy as hell, he's vain, too. Dr. Liacyr Ribeiro, a Brazilian plastic surgeon, says in 1995 he operated on the Libyan dictator in a secretive four-hour procedure in which he removed fat from Gadhafi's belly and injecting it into his wrinkled face because Gadhafi thought a facelift would be too noticeable. The Libyan leader, who was 53 at the time, also got hair plugs.

A surgeon with an international reputation, the 70-year-old Ribeiro has written two books on plastic surgery and taken part in conferences around the world on the topic. It was at one such gathering, in May 1994 in Tripoli, that Ribeiro spoke about his specialty, cosmetic breast surgery. Afterward, a Libyan official identified as Mohamed Zaid "came up to me and said he wanted me to meet someone who Libyans love very much," Ribeiro said. "Because of my specialty, I thought he was going to introduce me to his wife." Instead, Zaid drove Ribeiro to a house surrounded by armed guards. "Zaid and I were taken to a library located underneath a tent set up inside the house, and there he told me that he wanted me to examine Gadhafi," Ribeiro said. A few minutes later, the Libyan leader, wearing a long white tunic, entered the room, "shook my hand and greeted me, speaking perfect English." "He was an extremely polite, intelligent, cordial and soft-spoken person who quickly told me what he wanted and why," Ribeiro said. Gadhafi wanted an immediate operation, but Ribeiro needed a surgical team and the procedure was scheduled for January 1995. It began at 2 a.m. in Gadhafi's bunker, which "had two fully equipped and very modern operating rooms, a gym and a swimming pool," Ribeiro said. "He insisted on local anesthesia saying he wanted to remain alert," the doctor added. "He was a very calm patient." Sao Paulo-based plastic surgeon Dr. Fabio Naccache confirmed to the AP that he was part of the team and performed a hair transplant on the Libyan leader. About halfway through, Gadhafi said he was hungry. "Hamburgers were brought in for all and surgery was interrupted for several minutes while we ate," the surgeon said. Afterward, Zaid handed Ribeiro an envelope "full of U.S. dollars and Swiss francs." He would not say how much money it contained. "All I can say is that it was more than I would charge for my services in Brazil," he said. The doctor stayed in Tripoli for 10 days while Gadhafi recovered. Ribeiro said he assumes Gadhafi turned to him because Libyan surgeons were either "incapable of doing what I did or too scared that he would die on the operating table."

Troubled actress , klepto and crackhead Lindsay Lohan is dropping her surname. Henceforth, she'll be known only as Lindsay™, her mom Dina told the folks over at PopEater.

"Lindsay is dropping the Lohan and just going by Lindsay," Dina tells me, exclusively. "Plus, me and [younger daughter] Ali will be officially changing our last names back to my maiden name, Sullivan." Lindsay had been thinking about dropping her surname for some time but at first thought no one would know who she was. It was only after the infamous Super Bowl E-trade advertisement referring to a baby as "that milkaholic Lindsay," that the actress knew she no longer needed it. "So many of the greatest people in showbiz are known by just their first name. Look at Oprah and Beyonce. Now you can add Lindsay to that list," a family friend tells me. "And it's a way for them all to start over. No one in the family want anything to do with Lindsay's father [Michael Lohan] anymore and that includes sharing a last name." The name "Lohan" is Irish, and Lindsay can trace her roots back to County Cork, as can the "Sullivan" family, according to Irish Central. She also has some Italian heritage as well.
