Bobbi Kristina Brown Found Unresponsive in Bathtub [Update: She's In a Coma; Drug Overdose Suspected]

Days before the third anniversary of her mother's death, Bobbi Kristina Brown was found unresponsive in a bathtub at her home in Roswell, Georgia. According to police, her "husband"/"brother"/alleged drug dealer Nick Gordon, and a friend found the troubled 21-year-old face down and unconscious (read: not breathing) in the water-filled tub and started CPR at about 10:25 a.m. When officers arrived, they started life-saving measures until EMS arrived. Bobbi Kris was taken to North Fulton Hospital in Roswell, where she is alive. It is unclear whether she's breathing on her own or via a ventilator. Police are on the scene investigating and have requested a search warrant to enter the home. Whitney Houston was found unresponsive in a tub at the Beverly Hilton and died in February 2012. The coroner ruled Whitney's cause of death as drowning; Cocaine and a mix of other drugs were found in her system. Reports say Bobbi Kris also suffers from cocaine and alcohol addiction.

Update: The folks over at TMZ are reporting that "sources close to the family" *coughPatcough* told them Bobbi Kris has been placed in a medically induced coma for swelling of the brain. (If you recall, Joan Rivers was also placed in a medically induced coma for swelling to the brain.) So, so sad.
Update 2: A member of Bobbi Kris' family told the folks over at ET Bobbi was found in the tub after an apparent drug overdose. According to that family member, this was not a suicide attempt. Meanwhile, another family member says it was "no coincidence" Bobbi Kris was found under circumstances similar to those of her mother's death. “It doesn’t look good,” said the source, adding that the timing and circumstances of what happened were “no coincidence.”
Update 3, Feb 2: Bobbi Kris was moved to another hospital and her condition has not improved. In fact, she has “significantly diminished” brain function and her doctors have told her family the prognosis is not good. According to reports, Nick Gordon is “banned” from visiting Bobbi Kris due to a “current restraining order.” The report says Bobbi Kristina’s aunt Pat Houston (shocker!) petitioned the Fulton County Superior Court for a temporary protective order against Nick in March 2014. There are pictures (below) of Nick -- who reportedly moved out of the Bobbi Kris' apartment last week after a fight -- waiting outside of the hospital. They will not let him in. Poor baby. (Hmm, is it because he's not actually her husband?) We wonder if her grandmother, whom she vowed never to speak to ever again, was there. And finally, Bill Zwecker is reporting Bobbi Kris is bipolar and was obsessed with the upcoming anniversary of her mother;s death. “She was seemingly obsessed by it — strangely more so than last year or the year before,” Bill's source told him. “She talked more about that anniversary than her recent first wedding anniversary” to Nick. Sidebar: The friend who helped rescue Bobbi Kris from the bathtub was her ex-boyfriend Max Lomas. If you recall, Max was arrested 2011 and charged with beating up a man. It was the same night Bobbi Kris was detained for underage drinking and Nick was charged with gun possession.

Update 4, Feb 3: It seems like Max Lomas is a drug dealer who allegedly drugged his girlfriend on January 14 so she would stay with him. According to TMZ, Max was arrested last month after the girlfriend's family claimed he was holding Danyela Bradley against her will and drugging her so she would stay. Cops responded but the girl said she was fine and not being forcibly held. After a search, police found a stash of drugs -- including 5.2 ounces of weed, 2 marijuana grinders, a digital scale, 1,000 Ziploc bags -- and a gun and arrested him for possession of a firearm during commission of a felony. The felony was for allegedly possessing drugs with intent to distribute.... Bobby Brown issued a statement confirming what we already knew: Bobbi Kris and Nick Gordon were never married. Bobbi Kris was also moved to the main hospital in Atlanta -- Emory University Hospital.

This Gentleman Forced a Woman to Sign 'Slave Contract'

Nicholas Allen Talbot, 35, of Lincoln, Nebraska, is facing second-degree domestic assault charges after police say he forced a 32-year-old woman into a so-called slave contract formalizing abuse that included whipping her, burning her with lighters and making her drink his urine several times a day.

On Monday, the woman told her pastor and another woman that Talbot hurt her, showing them several wounds, and they called police, [Lincoln Police Officer Angela Morehouse] said....Police found four to six burn marks on the woman’s spine that were black and scabbed over, Morehouse said in the affidavit. The woman told police Talbot had extinguished cigarettes on her back. Investigators also found burns covering 3 to 5 inches on her right buttocks, which she said she got when Talbot burned her with a lighter, Morehouse said. Police spotted a large burn on her right breast, and she told them Talbot heated the tip of a screwdriver on Jan. 15 and held it to her skin, Morehouse said. She also said Talbot wrote “PROPERTY OF NICK” on her left arm in black marker....The woman also told investigators Talbot forced her to drink his urine once or twice a day, Morehouse said in the affidavit. The woman told investigators Talbot abused her for nearly 10 years, and she was afraid to talk to police, Morehouse said. She thought officers were part of Talbot’s “company” or “gang,” and that he had threatened to have her parents and grandmother killed in front of her if she didn’t obey him. According to Nebraska State Patrol records, Talbot is a registered sex offender. He served three years in prison for sexually assaulting a child twice in 1998 and for forgery, according to Nebraska Department of Correctional Services records.

After her husband of 50 years died, 86-year-old Lee Wachtstetter sold her five bedroom on 10 acres of land in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and boarded the Crystal Serenity, a 1,070-passenger cruise ship, where she has been living for almost 7 years. Lee, who is known as "Mama Lee," told the Asbury Park Press: "The day before my husband died of cancer in 1997, he told me, 'Don't stop cruising.' So here I am today living a stress-free, fairy-tale life." And what a fairytale it has been. She has been to "almost any country that has a port." She estimates living the good life on the Serenity -- which has been consistently voted world's best cruise line by cruisers -- this year will cost her $164,000. That'll cover costs of her single-occupancy seventh deck stateroom, regular and specialty restaurant meals with available lunch and dinner beverages, gratuities, nightly ballroom dancing with dance hosts and Broadway-caliber entertainment — as well as the captain's frequent cocktail parties, movies, lectures, plus other scheduled daily activities. "I enjoy dancing, and this was the best of the remaining ships that still use dance hosts," she says. "My husband didn't dance, just didn't like to, and encouraged me to dance with the hosts. Before coming aboard this ship I lived on a Holland America liner for three years. The day they announced they were stopping the dance host program was the day I decided to leave. I dance every night for a couple hours after dinner, have been doing it for years." She says she hasn't once gotten sick and sees her three sons and seven grandchildren when the ship docks in Miami. Note to self: Look into a cruise ship as retirement home.

Last Tuesday, a masked man walked into a convenience store in Wheat Ridge, Colorado, with every intention to commit a caper, but as soon as he saw the clerk, the plan went out the window. "(Expletive), I was going to rob this place but I know you," the would-be robber told the clerk. He then asked the clerk: "Do you know me?" When the clerk replied he didn't recognize him, the masked man said, "Good" and walked out of the store while giving a "thumbs up." A short time later police say a man fitting the description of the masked man, robbed a 7-Eleven.

A jealous wife in China chopped off her cheating husband’s penis as he slept, then snuck into his hospital room after he had it sewn back on — and hacked it off again and tossed it out the window. Fan Lung, a dad of five, sealed his fate when he decided to use his wife’s cellphone to send his secret lover a hot and heavy email, Central European News reports. The 32-year-old forgot to log out of his account after the message was sent, which is how his 21-year-old wife, Feng — who is now under arrest for grievous bodily harm — came across the saucy exchange and snapped. The jilted wife went berserk, grabbed a pair of scissors, stormed into their bedroom and cut off his penis while he was sleeping. Lung was rushed to the hospital, where doctors were able to save the appendage and sew it back on. But Feng was able to sneak into the recovery room, where she chopped his penis off a second time and threw it out the window, according to CEN. A shocked Lung chased his wife outside, despite losing a lot of blood. “Staff rushed out to see what was happening and found the patient with blood streaming down his legs hitting the woman,” a hospital spokesman said. “He was stopped and the woman was taken in for treatment, and then we discovered she had chopped his penis off again.” Despite desperate search efforts, authorities were unable to find Lung’s manhood. Police believe it may have been stumbled upon by a stray dog or cat, according to CEN. Lung’s side chick — Zhang Hung, 21 — said she’s OK with her man not being able to have more children. “It doesn’t matter that he’s lost his fertility,” she told CEN. “He has five children already.”

Lady Files Lawsuit Because Tights Didn't Make Her Orgasm

Speaking of donkeys, a Brooklyn woman is suing a tights manufacturer because she didn't get an orgasm while wearing said tights. According to the New York Post, Meng Wang filed the class-action suit against Kushyfoot because she believed she was misled by the company's advertisement (above) in which a woman is seen sashaying around in the tights cooing “highly sexually charged phrases’’ such as, “That’s the spot!” and “Oooh, yes!’’ while background singers croon “I feel super satisfied, super satisfied!" Meng apparently shelled out $7.64 for the tights, walked around NYC and she didn't get the same sensation, if you know what we mean. The commercial was “supposed to indicate that she’s getting a massage through her pantyhose," her lawyer says. The company says the tights work “by stimulating certain pressure points on the soles of the feet, the special ridged pattern on the socks helps relieve stress and promote overall well-being.” They do not give one a happy ending. May we suggest Meng spend her money on a rabbit.
