An 8-year old boy has filed a lawsuit in Douglas County, Colorado against 26-year-old Dominick Wilmer, who was drunk and high when he mowed down the boy's mother (Grace Cruthers) and another passenger in August 2009. Dominick admitted to police he was drinking and smoking weed for hours before he lost control and crashed. Interesting he's already serving 13 years in jail for two counts of vehicular homicide. So, why is this boy suing again? Oh, wait. The insurance money! Carry on.
