Weeks after he settled a landmark sexual misconduct lawsuit with Bishop Eddie Long, Jamal Parris -- who turned the case on his head with his riveting account of what the bishop did to him when he was a boy -- was arrested in Miami (where's enrolled at Miami Dade College) on Tuesday night and charged with marijuana distribution and use of firearm during commission of a felony. According to MyFoxAtlanta, police pulled over the 24-year-old's brand new white 2011 BMW 328i (which he purchased with the settlement money) for a weathered temporary tag. When the officer approached the vehicle, he "smelled a strong and distinct odor of marijuana." Jamal confessed he had a Taurus semiautomatic handgun in the back seat. But that's not all cops found -- the officer found 50 small, clear Ziplock bags, $1,251 in cash and 181 grams of weed (which is worth about $1,000 on the street) in the trunk. The trooper felt all the evidence was "indicative of a drug dealer." Jamal -- who was also charged with operating a motor vehicle with no registration -- was arrested and released after making bail. The car was also impounded. Passenger Jeremy Jouvanni Gordon, 20, was arrested on a drug paraphernalia charge. Sidebar: What a donkey! Some of the kids (and you know what we mean) are never satisfied. Now your donkey-ish a*s is going to prison. Hee-haw! ....OK, we were nosey. According to Edmunds, a 2011 328i sedan will set you back between $35,000 and $37,000; between $38,000 and $40,000 for the coupe; and the convertible model costs $47,000.
