If you bought enemas from a CVS pharmacy at 9509 San Jose Blvd in Jacksonville, Florida anytime within the last few months, chances are they were used and you should take your butt to a medical professional and waltz into the nearest law practice.
On Tuesday, June 12, 2012 at 10:35am, police were dispatched o CVS located at 9509 San Jose Blvd in reference to a dispute between a clerk and a customer who returned ready to use enema saline laxatives, and had do so several times in the recent past. Investigation revealed the individual was frequenting the CVS since March 2012 and began returning the product in April 2012. He would purchase a pack of enemas and return them at a later time. According to CVS personnel, the items appeared to be unused and therefore the store would put the box of enemas back on the shelf for resale. On Tuesday, June 2, 2012, a CVS employee thought it was strange that the same individual was making returns with the same product. The employee decided to check the box of enemas after it was returned. Upon opening the box, the employee observed all the enemas (6) had been used and the box had been resealed so it would appear to be unopened. An employee then checked the additional three boxes on the shelf and determined that all been previously used. On Tuesday, June 12, 2012 a 10:19am, the same unknown individual attempted to return another box of enemas that were purchased at 8:12pm on Wednesday, June 11, 2012. The employee advised the individual that he could no longer take returns for these items. The employee contacted his loss prevention manager and advised all area CVS stores about the incident. On Wednesday, June 13, 2012 a CVS employee thought he observed the customer's vehicle, obtained the tag number and contacted the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office. On Thursday, June 14, 2012, the JSO was contacted by CVS with information to help identify the suspect. CVS personnel were able to determine that the suspect purchased enemas on one occurrence with a credit card. That transaction, as well as other purchases at the store, and the tag number led police to a possible suspect. Samples were taken of the fluid in the enema bottles and have been sent to the Florida Department of Health for testing. Fecal matter was located on some of the returned enema bottles. The fecal matter has been collected as evidence and submitted to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement for testing. The individual has been identified and was arrested on an unrelated outstanding warrant. The investigation continues.

The CVS store says the store sold a total of 12 boxes of enemas since the suspect (described as a white male). In statement the store adds: "Out of an abundance of caution, we are proactively contacting all twenty-one customers we’ve identified who purchased any of the potentially impacted enema products at the store within this period of time and have succeeded in reaching more than half of them. We have also placed signage in the store to direct customers who may have purchased any of the affected products to contact us immediately." Why would any store put returned enemas back on the shelves for resale is beyond our comprehension. Well, aside from the store wanting to make a profit.
Like the pastors who called on Nike to lower its prices, the Dallas chapter of the NAACP, too, has lost its damn mind. The group is calling for an end to the Texas state lottery, saying the game drains the finances of low-income ticket-buyers who can least afford it, especially minorities. Chapter president Dr. Juanita Wallace says: "It's an addiction. Many, many people have actually spent all their money in hope of getting out of a situation, when in fact, they're getting themselves into a worse situation." We've got two words for the NAACP: Personal responsibility. That is all.
The four middle school students who relentlessly tormented and bullied 68-yar-old bus aide Karen Klein have been suspended from school for one year. In the video which have gone viral, the boys made fun of Karen's weight and looks — calling her “fat” and saying she looks “like a troll” — and threatened to egg her house. In a statement this afternoon, Greece Central School District Superintendent Barbara Deane-Williams said the boys will attend classes at a Reengagement Center -- an "alternative education program keeps middle school students on track academically while providing a structured opportunity for students to take responsibility for their actions." The boys must also complete 50 hours of community service with senior citizens and will complete a formal program in bullying prevention, respect and responsibility. If at 30 weeks the boys 30 weeks have completed the conditions of their discipline and are in good standing at the Reengagement Center, they can apply for early readmission to Athena Middle School.
Robin Joplin is not right in the head. With cops outside of her Peoria, Arizona home this afternoon presumably to execute an eviction order called a local TV station to mediate with cops and let them know she's got guns in the home and won't go down without a gun fight. Lucky for her, cops weren't there to evict or arrest her (or her 12 dogs!), they were just there to "keep the peace." Officers eventually left and crazy Robin lives to be crazy for another day.
Three years after an investigation was launched into two LAPD officers who leaked a photo of Ms Fenty's face after it was beaten to mush by "then" boyfriend convicted felon Chris Brown, there's a decision. Prosecutors say they are unable to file charges against officers Blanca Lopez and Rebecca Reyes for leaking the photos because there's no evidence TMZ -- which first published the photo -- paid them for it. Furthermore, prosecutors say other LAPD personnel had access to the photos. According to the district attorney, the photo was leaked after a stack of photographs of Ms Fenty's injuries was left lying on a desk at the Wilshire police station and officer Reyes took a picture of the top photo with her phone. She then emailed the image from her LAPD email address to her personal email address. Phone records show that the officers -- who were roommates at the time -- made multiple phone calls to Fox and TMZ shortly after snapping the photo. Blanca and Rebecca may have escaped criminal prosecution, but they're not out of the woods. They still risk losing their jobs or face an invasion of privacy lawsuit from Ms Fenty.
An Albuquerque man has slapped The Burrito Lady with a negligence lawsuit, claiming they served a burrito with a dead mouse in it. Henry Vigil -- who was a customer at the popular Mexican eatery for at east four years -- says he ordered two burritos, a burrito supreme and a chicharrón burrito on the morning of January 31, 2012. After eating half of the burrito supreme, Henry says he noticed a grayish matter that wasn't in any of the burritos he purchased from the store before. "He unwrapped the foul around the burrito, opened up the tortilla f the burrito and moved some chile aside with his finger an saw tha the grayish object was a half-eaten dead mouse," the lawsuit says. "Half of the dead mouse was missing all that remained was the head and two front legs." Henry said he suffered physical, psychological and emotional damages, including "dramatic weight loss," "diminished capacity to eat," "loss of enjoyment of life" and "emotional and psychological distress." He's seeking unspecified damages.
A woman whose baby died after she gave birth to it in her jail cell toilet has slapped the Clayton County in Georgia with a negligence lawsuit, claiming jailers did not provide adequate medical care and ignored her pleas for help the night she gave birth. Deshawn Balka, 25, who was in jail on a probation violation for tampering with evidence and marijuana possession was five months pregnant when she gave birth to the baby boy in the toilet of her jail cell at the Clayton County jail in April. She tells WSB: "I wish and I pray that I would have gotten the care that I requested. It's wrong. All the way around. It’s completely wrong." Jailers arrived to her cell "five to 10 minutes" after the child was born. She's seeking more than $25,000 in damages. We don't pretend to be the smartest people around, but why didn't she take the baby out of the toilet when she realized she wasn't having a bowel movement but delivered a baby? Or is there a part of this story we don't know?
You may say this is just another bizarre story coming out of Africa, but it's real and health officials in South Africa's Eastern Cape region are concerned about the increasing numbers of babies born with rare deformities. According to officials, there have been 50 such cases over the last 18 months. Last Friday, a baby girl born to a 16-year-old, had what looked liked a small penis on the forehead. "She was born with no nose, and where there are supposed to be eyes there was nothing, just skin covered over the area," health department spokesman Sizwe Kupelo said. The baby died two days later. In April one baby was born with the brain exposed, only covered by a thin layer of skin. Last year another baby was born with a heart exposed while a pair of conjoined twins shared a heart and liver. According to Kupelo, all the children die within weeks.

Rudy Eugene must've smoked a powerful strain of weed which caused him to lose his mind, strip naked and chewed off Ronald Poppo's face, because the Miami-Dade Medical Examiner has released the results of Rudy's toxicology report and they found only marijuana in his system -- nothing else. "The department's toxicology laboratory has identified the active components of marijuana," the medical examiner said. "The laboratory has tested for but not detected any other street drugs, alcohol or prescription drugs, or any adulterants found in street drugs." The department also ruled out cocaine and drugs found in bath salts, LSD, amphetamines (Extasy, Meth and others), phencyclidine (PCP or Angel Dust), heroin, oxycodone, Xanax, synthetic marijuana (Spice), and many other similar compounds. Maybe Rudy's girlfriend was on something when she said someone put a vodou spell on him -- or, he was just cray-cray.
A man from Lowell, Massachusetts was arrested last Friday after he threw hot French fries at his 11-year-old stepdaughter. According to police, 26-year-old James Hackett and his wife began arguing after leaving a McDonald’s. When his stepdaughter tried to get them to stop arguing, James threw the fries in her face. She was not injured. James' wife called police and James was arrested and charged with assault with a dangerous weapon. He made bail, but was ordered to stay away from the girl.
James Fortune, a popular gospel singer and former choir director at Higher Dimension Church in Houston, Texas, has been slapped with a $5 million civil lawsuit for abusing his then 4-year-old stepson. The abuse happened in 2001. According to the suit, which was filed by the boy's biological father (Roderick Davenport), James beat and held him under scalding hot water, leaving the child the boy leaving the now now 15-year-old horribly disfigured and with burns on more than 50% of his body. What pastor Creflo Dollar did to his daughter seems mild, compared to this.
According to the suit filed against the couple, James picked up Cheryl's 4-year old son from pre-school and the teacher said the boy "misbehaved by coloring on a table". The documents claim the gospel singer "scolded the toddler" on the way home, put him in time out at home, "continued to yell and berate the child" then started "preparing a scalding bath" for the 4-year old boy.The lawsuit goes on to say "James instructed (the child) to remove his clothes and began to whip the naked toddler with a switch". Then the suit accuses James Fortune of "pushing the toddler in the scalding water and holding him down causing second and third degree burns to 47% of his body". The little boy was flown by "life flight to Memorial Hermann Hospital. The doctors determined the injuries were too extensive and the boy was flown by life flight to Shriners Burn Hospital in Galveston where he remained for 63 days" according to the lawsuit. The boy has had "numerous skin graft operations to both hands, legs, buttocks and genitals and is permanently disfigured". Child Protective Services was called and charges were filed. That all happened in 2001. In 2003 James Fortune pled guilty to felony Injury To a Child and received 6-years deferred adjudication.
The biodad, who's also suing James' wife Cheryl, says the $5 million will be used to cover reconstructive surgery costs. Sidebar: Information regarding that 2001 case and 2003 conviction is non-existent on the Internet (or we couldn't find it). Not even his Wikipedia page makes mention of it. We wonder why.
Update:. Here's why. We wanted to know what "deferred adjudication" is, so thanks to the Internet we found that it's basically probation and after completing the probation, the person's record is expunged. Even though the person pled guilty, his record will never show a conviction or that he was even arrested. After the probation, he can file what is called a petition for non-disclosure which seals the criminal record of the offense from private entities, keeping potential employers, his record label, church members, nosey bloggers, nosey blog readers and the like from knowing about the offense. So if you catch a case one day, tell your attorney you want to plead guilty and then request a deferred adjudication. But really? You just get away scot-free for burning a child -- a 4-year-old child! -- over 50% of his body causing permanent disfigurement? Not to mention the emotional damage this caused this poor child. Wow!

Update, Juen 27: James is "shocked' by the lawsuit and issued this statement, claiming the boy's father is only suing him because he's rich and famous. LOL. "Several months ago I received a demand for payment from my stepson's father for an injury to my stepson that occurred in 2001. In the midst of negotiating a settlement regarding that injury, I was served with a lawsuit and now my wife and I are defending ourselves in civil court. At no time in my life was I convicted of felony injury to a child. Following my step-son's injury, there was a criminal investigation and all matters were resolved. Since that time, my family and I, including my stepson, have maintained a continuous loving family environment. Although his father has maintained custody, Cheryl and I have enjoyed continuous uninterrupted open visitations with my step-son since 2001. We are shocked by this lawsuit but understand people are free to use the court system to pursue matters, whether or not the claims are baseless. We are confident through this process, the ultimate decision maker will render an outcome that is just and fair. We believe in our American justice system and know that once all facts are made transparent justice will prevail in our favor. This lawsuit is a direct result of our desire to continue the uninterrupted love, commitment and financial support as well as to protect the ongoing wellbeing while enhancing the current living conditions of our son. We have given our stepson who is currently in our care during his summer break continuous support and understand these allegations are a direct result of not only our increased profile and financial viability but an individuals desire to exploit such. Michael Terron Daniel, 22, of Waco, Texas was arrested Monday charged with cruelty to a non-livestock animal in a bizarre incident on June 14 when he chased a neighbor while barking a growling like a dog and then attacked a family dog, which he beat, strangled and then started to eat. Totally crazy. Michael told police he was on a bad trip from ingesting K-2, a synthetic drug. Say no to drugs, kids. Say no!
Meanwhile, in Davenport, Iowa, a woman was questioned and released after he chased a man a woman out of her house with a pooper-scooper Monday afternoon.
Davenport police officer Robert Bytnar said police were called to a house on West 10th Street about 2:20 p.m. on a report of a woman who allegedly had attacked someone with a pooper-scooper. Officer Bytnar said police were told that a man and a woman had overstayed their welcome at the house, so the owner chased them out with the pooper scooper. As the two ran from the house, police said they dropped a collection of Beanie Baby toys. Police later escorted them from the spot where they dropped the toys to a storage facility where they would be secured. Officer Bytnar said that while the pooper-scooper was not loaded, it still was dangerous. "We believe it was empty, but it had residue on it," he said.
John Travolta loves massages. The men he (allegedly) sexually assaulted throughout the years are all coming out of the woodworks to sue him for forcing himself on to them. Last Thursday, Fabian Zanzi, a Chilean national who worked at Royal Caribbean Cruise, claims in a claimed in a lawsuit that the married actor -- whose gay encounters are legendary -- tried to have sex with him on while during a voyage on June9, 2009. Fabian (pictured, inset) says he delivered a meal to the actor's room. John was dressed in a bath robe and complained of discomfort in his neck. Fabian says John asked for a neck massage and as he was about to rub the actor's neck, he dropped the bathrobe "exposing his erect penis to plaintiff." According to the complaint: "After disrobing in front, and close proximity, of plaintiff, defendant Travolta proceeded to forcefully embrace plaintiff...Defendant Travolta forced his naked person and his erect penis against plaintiff's person causing plaintiff to experience pain, shock, embarrassment, distress, and fear....Defendant Travolta stated to plaintiff that he was beautiful and asked plaintiff to 'take me, I will take care of you, please.'" Fabian did not oblige. John offered him $12,000 for his silence, but Fabian immediately reported the incident to three of his superiors. They threatened termination and locked him in a room for five days until John left the ship.
There's a nut job on the loose in Norcross, Georgia. According to police, a man has tried to kidnap at least three women within three days, telling them "She is the one. It is meant to be" and "God had chosen her to be his wife." This man is not well. If you know who he is, please call police -- so he can get some help.
You already knew this happened in Florida, didn't you? Almost a month after a man high on bath salts was shot and killed when he wouldn't stop eating a man's face, comes news of yet another Florida man who went on yet another "zombie" attack. According to reports, Charles Baker, 26, was under the influence of an unknown drug when he went to his girlfriend's house to visit his three young kids. When the door to the home opened, he barged in and started screaming and removing his clothes. Jeffery Blake, who owns the house and is Charles' girlfriend's father, tried to calm the mad man down, but he continued throwing furniture and took a bite out of Jeffery's arm. The injured man was able to subdue Charles until cops arrived. When deputies arrived, Charles faced them, tensed his body, clenched his fists, yelled and attempted to lung at the deputies. They Tasered his ass. "They hit him with the stun gun and I could hear the officers say 'stay down,'" Jeffery said. "He wouldn't stay down. The officers said 'hit him again, hit him again.' So they hit him multiple times with the stun gun." He was taken to the hospital for evaluation before being transported to jail on charges of aggravated battery and resisting arrest. Cops said Charles tested positive for marijuana and opiates. It is not yet known if other drugs were in his system at the time of the attack. Shadaryl Washington, Charle's sister, said she was shocked to hear the news and that her brother was working to gain custody of his kids. Yeah, good lucy with that. Meanwhile, in Glendale, California, 20-year-old Robert William White was arrested after he struck an elderly woman with a shovel and then barricaded himself inside his apartment for almost an hour. While handcuffed -- after he was shot with a rubber bullet and Tasered -- Robert (pictured, below) began yelling “God loves all you” several times to bystanders as paramedics carried him out of his apartment building. He admitted to police that he had been drinking soda with bath salts in it. According to police, the woman, whose age could not immediately be confirmed, had asked Robert to stop swinging his shovel at birds before he used it to bust her in the head. On neighbor overhead him saying: “I hate you and I want to kill you today.” Cops say Robert was talking about being an alien and being able to speak with Jesus.
Last week (was it last week? frankly, we're too uninterested to give a damn), temper-tantrum-throwing convicted felon Chris Brown and Drake and their respective group of yes-men, got into a bottle-throwing brawl in a NYC nightclub over Rihanna's cake-cake-cake-cake-cake. It was so ridiculous and childish. Police "investigated," but no one was arrested. Typical. Eight people were injured during the singers' ridiculous game of ¿Quienes más macho?, now the first civil suit (we think it's the first) has been filed. San Antonio Spurs guard Tony Parker, who was at WiP that night with CFCB and suffered a scratched retina (which he calls a "severe personal injury") has slapped the owners of WiP nightclub with a $20 million lawsuit claiming they were negligent in security and supervision, which allowed the fight to take place. $20 million? Really? In the lawsuit, Tony claims the nightclub was "reckless, careless and negligent in permitting Drake's entourage and Brown's entourage to be in the club at the same time despite known tension between the two," sitting them near one another and continued to serve drinks to people who were "obviously intoxicated." We don't know how the club would've known that CFCB and Drake are boning/were boning Rihanna. Furthermore, since Tony knew that there was tension or there could be possible tension, why didn't he exit the club? Anywho, according to the suit, Tony says the club's lack of judgement "was a contributing cause of the altercation and plaintiff's injuries and damages." Tony's lawsuit -- which doesn't name CFCK or Drake as defendants -- also claims the club tried to cover up the incident. C'est quoi ce merrier?! $20 million? Really, Tony and Tony's attorney? Really?! Look the hell down!
His lawyer, David Jaroslawicz, said the extent of Parker’s wounds aren’t yet known but noted eye injuries “certainly don’t improve your outside shot.” ..."She’s been known, like Helen of Troy, to cause trouble,” Jaroslawicz said of Rihanna. Sources said Drake, 25, sent Brown into a rage when his table sent over note that read, “I am f- -king the love of your life.” Brown had just bought the hip-hop star a pricey bottle of Champagne, sources said. Drake’s camp maintains the fight was instigated by a member of Brown’s crew. Jaroslawicz said it’s the club’s fault. By selling both camps booze and giving them bottle service, “you’re throwing gasoline on the flames,” Jaroslawicz said. He said he had yet to see their bar tab, “but it’s probably more than kids’ tuition for the year.” The suit says Parker, ex-hubby of actress Eva Longoria, wasn’t sitting with either camp. But he has said he was “with my friend Chris Brown” when the problems started. “Me and my friends took some punches,” Parker said. “They started throwing bottles everywhere,” he said. Parker, slated to play with the French team at the Summer Olympics, said he’ll be sidelined for a week as he heals with the aid of a “therapeutic” contact lens. He said that while his eye felt all right at first, “it started getting worse,” and by the time he landed in Paris to work out with the French team, “it was really hurting so I went to the ER.” He said he’s had to wear a “therapeutic” contact lens. “I’ll be missing the start of the French team because I can’t do anything for a week except keep the lens in and then take drops,” he said.
Are leprechauns ambushing people on the streets of Seattle? One man says he has the bruises to prove it.
A man claims that “a bunch of leprechauns” assaulted him for dancing with a woman. Police were called to the Seattle neighborhood of Belltown early Saturday morning to investigate reports of a fight in progress, KOMO-TV reports. When they arrived, they allegedly saw several people fleeing the scene, leaving one man covered in blood and screaming in pain as he held his head in his hands. Responding officers questioned the man as to the identity of his attackers. “It was a bunch of leprechauns,” he reportedly replied, according to KOMO, adding that they were mad that he danced with a certain woman. When pressed, the man said one of his attackers was wearing a white tank top. He did not offer any more information about the leprechauns, however. A witness told authorities that a group of men were to blame, the station learned. The victim was reportedly taken to Harborview Medical Center, where he was treated for head injuries sustained in the fight, as well as multiple bruises and cuts to his face, back, knuckles and elbows. Authorities are still searching for the men – possibly small and dressed in green – responsible for the attack.
We've seen this stupidity several times before. Maybe Pamela Mason has, too. Earlier this month, the 52-year-old was arrested and thrown in jail for drunken driving. After getting in an ab workout (on the jailhouse floor), she called 911 to report she's being held against her will.
These young kids nowadays have no respect. In a video posted to YouTube, students at Greece Middle School in Greece, NY bullied and verbally abused Karen Klein, a 68-year-old school bus monitor. Besides making fun of her weight and threatening her with physical harm, the students got very personal - and very crude. Karen tells the local TV station "there was nothing really that I could do about it. You can't hit the kid. If you yank the phone out his hands then you get in trouble." Which is what happened this 70-year-old school bus monitor who put the beatdown on a 14-year-old who constantly bullied her. Anywho, Karen says she'd like for the little terrors to be grounded for the rest of the year. As for the school district, they say: "We urge patience to allow us to investigate and determine the appropriate discipline." School's on break for summer, so good luck with that. These kids should not be allowed to ride the school bus again. Ever. (Addendum: The bullies are four boys.) Their parents should be so proud.

A man snapped some photos of cockroaches crawling over bread inside a display at a Food Town in Houston. A local TV news crew descanted upon the grocery store -- whose manager confirmed that the place is infested with cockroaches -- and found shopper Jerrae Bradley in the parking lot. He says: "Cause you don't want to be eating no bugs. I know nobody want to eating bugs. And they probably pooped on the bread and everything." Tell that to this guy who found a mouse in his loaf of bread.
Poor Siohvaughn Funches-Wade. The reportedly emotionally unstable (read: cuckoo crazy!) and violent ex-wife of NBA baller Dwyane Wade has lost it again. In March 2011, a judge awarded full custody of her 10- and 5-year-old sons to Dwayne after a bitter custody battle. She was arrested Saturday after a stand-off with Chicago police when she refused to hand over the boys to Dwayne's sister so they could travel to Miami to spend Father's Day with their father.
Attorneys for Wade alleged his former wife barricaded herself in the home for several hours, refusing to let Wade's sister in or the boys out. By then, sheriff's police officers were called to the home and were unable to get Funches-Wade to respond to their knocks on the door or calls, said department spokesman Frank Bilecki. Police gained access to a neighbor's residence, enabling officers to see that the two children were playing with two adults, he said. "Then it became a waiting game," Bilecki said. When Funches-Wade later exited her house without the children, police attempted to arrest her for allegedly violating a court order, but she resisted, Bilecki said. Funches-Wade struggled with officers who tried to handcuff her and tried to moved back behind her home's security fence, Bilecki said. Another woman tried to pull her behind the fence as well, he said. As officers succeeded in handcuffing her, Funches-Wade said she was asthmatic and short of breath, Bilecki said. An ambulance was called and she was transported to St. Margaret Mercy Hospital in Dyer. Funches-Wade was charged with two counts of attempted child abduction, two counts of unlawful visitation interference and one account of resisting arrest, according to Bilecki. The friend who tried to assist her was also charged. According to Bilecki, Funches-Wade spent Saturday night in the hospital and Sunday night in a suburban lockup. She was released from custody Monday after posting $10,000 bond, he said.
She was charged with attempted child abduction, unlawful visitation interference and resisting arrest. In court Tuesday, Dwayne's attorney asked judge to to suspend Siohvaughn's visitation rights. Meanwhile, her her attorneys moved to withdraw from representing her, saying they are "in adverse positions." This is at least the 10th attorney who has bailed on her. Oh, girl. A mess!

Kellen Carroll says he went to Chelsea Harris's apartment to collect rent, but the woman -- who's described as a "very large" and is two and half months behind on rent -- began irate and sat on him after pushing, shoving and knocking him to the ground.
A 63-year-old Korean woman was inseminated by a cooked squid while she was eating it. The woman had felt "experienced severe pain in her oral cavity immediately after eating a portion of parboiled squid along with its internal organs," according to a scientific paper published in the Journal of Parasitology. The woman had immediately spat out the partially boiled squid in her mouth but still felt a "pricking and foreign-body sensation" everywhere in her mouth. When she went to the hospital, doctors had to remove a dozen "small, white, spindle-shaped, bug-like organisms stuck in the mucous membrane of the tongue, cheek, and gingiva," which were later identified as the dead squid's spermatophores. Apparently the cooked squid's spermatophores were still active and had inseminated the woman's oral cavity. A spermatophore or sperm ampulla is a capsule, which contains spermatozoa, produced by males of various animal species and is transferred in its entirety to a female during copulation. Each sperm capsule has an ejaculatory apparatus, capable of ejecting the sperm mass quite forcefully, and a cement body for attachment, according to Danna Staaf from Squid a Day. "Of course, neither of those is a needle or a knife—the sort of thing you'd expect to need for actual implantation (into either a female squid or a human mouth)," Staaf wrote. "As it turns out, no one is quite sure how spermatophores implant themselves into skin," she added. She noted that while there have been previous reports of "sperm stings" from eating raw squid, she believes that the latest case study is the first that confirms spermatophore activity in a cooked squid.
Poor Rother McLennon. Here's the deli's side: Deli owner Tila Azinheira says Rother placed a phone order for 14 sandwiches and they made them the way he asked. Then, he did not want to pay for them. For months, author Kola Boof has been firing shots at Kimora Lee Simmons, with whom she has had a grudge stemming from something Kimora supposedly did in 2008. (More on this, below). Now that he's left Kimora, however, she has "no interest in sleeping with him further." On Thursday, Kola released an official statement explaining why she broke up Kimora's relationship and alleges that Kimora is a lesbian -- or at least, bisexual. Start clutching your pearls now. Right before being whisked into BRAIN SURGERY!! There's a lot that I always leave out of this story. There's a child involved and I don't want to reveal that dimension. But someday when I do die, that story will be coming out Kimora. Just be glad that I'm nice enough to leave it out right now. In fact, be glad this entire PRESS STATEMENT is so "mild" --because deep down, I don't want to destroy Djimon's image career or destroy you in the public's eye; which would affect your children. It's one thing to lose your fake marriage...but quite another to be exposed as other less likeable things that could affect your life achievement and ability to provide for your children. Though I did you dirt by screwing Djimon all through your fake marriage; my dirt towards you is still much less severe. I could have seriously died in that surgery or been completely brain damaged. The TRAUMA of being told such cruel news right before the cutting could have left my children motherless. And again, I'm not going to mention the other child--the one I miscarried and the circumstances surrounding that. But let it be known that I have never forgiven Kimora. And I never will. She hurt my life with her selfishness and her inability to see me as more than a 'Colored Side-kick' there to prop up her Princess role. She is just...amazingly "unaware" of what she is and what she does to people. She neither cares nor remembers. And I will never forgive you for that Kimora.
Then she adds this:
Remember that day on Rodeo Drive when I slapped the living shit out of you Kimora?? Remember how you ran across the street in your pink sweat suit screaming, "Call the police...call the police!" because your face was stinging like ACID was in it? I am so glad I did that. This statement comes after Kimora's legal team sent her papers informing her to cease and desist with the statements on Twitter or they'll sue her for "mental cruelty." Kola also claims Kimora's ex-husbandm Russell Simmons, who has called her mentally unstable and a liar, offered her "money and gifts" to stop talking about Kimora -- or he "might do a "Suge Knight" on me and that I'd better be afraid for my life. A Brooklyn man has slapped the City of New York with a lawsuit after he claims police officers falsely arrested him for drinking in public, beat him without cause and "placed a drawstring around his penis, and strangled his penis," according to the complaint. In the complaint (which you can read in it's entirety, below), Nathaniel Carter claims he was standing on a Crown Heights sidewalk on June 12, 2011 when several NYPD officers approached him "without provocation" and assaulted him -- and his penis. He's seeking unspecified damages for false arrest, unjust imprisonment, malicious prosecution, assault and battery, civil rights violations and emotional distress.
In this newly-released video, 22-year-old Christopher Taylor, who was arrested after he was kicked out of a bar in Flagstaff, Arizona last month, didn't want to go to jail. He's caught on video offering to pay the arresting officer "$200 under the table" if he let him go. The cop didn't not pass go and didn't collect $200 -- instead he took Christopher directly to jail.
This is something you don't see everyday -- well, unless you watch "The Fast and the Furious." According to police in Romania, a gang of robbers tried to break into a moving truck on a highway during the dead of night. The video, which was filmed by the Romania's Department for Organised Crime and Terrorism (DIICOT), shows one of the burglars climbing out of a sunroof onto the hood of the car, while another holds onto his legs. He successfully breaks into the moving truck, but opts not to steal anything and climbs back into the car. Between the months of March and May, police say the men have stole televisions, cigarettes and coffee from the trucks which they later sold on the black market.
Meanwhile, in Atlanta. 21-year-old Xavier Carter was arrested after he jumped out of a car trunk and robbed a woman at gunpoint.
Last week, a tornado ripped through Missouri, Illinois and Kentucky. Three people were killed and an 11-year-old girl suffered head and arm injured after she was pelted by baseball-size hail. This video of a different storm last month, shows baseball-sized hail raining down on a neighborhood in St Louis, Missouri, wrecking all sorts of damage on cars -- and who knows what else. And in April, this happened.
Two weeks ago a 34-year-old Naomie Breton asked a Florida judge for a protective order to keep Roosevelt Mondesir, 54, the father of her 4-year-old son, away from her, saying that he was a threat and threatened to hurt her and put her out of their home. Roosevelt left threatening messages on her phone, and vowed to get back at her, claiming "I am all about revenge," Naomie quoted him as saying. But family court Judge Thomas Barkdull denied the Naomie's request just an hour after she presented it, saying there was insufficient evidence for the protective order. Cut to Monday. Roosevelt doused the woman in gasoline and set her on fire then chased her with a machete outside of a 7-Eleven. Bath salts? Naomie ran into the store and tried to hold the door shut while 7-Eleven staff called police. Roosevelt left the scene, but was found hiding in the bushes by police dogs He was arrested and charged with attempted murder. Naomie suffered burns to her face and body and remains hospitalized.
Creflo Dollar -- who's the pastor at the World Changers Church International in Atlanta -- just "had a wreck" of his own. The 50-year-old was arrested early this morning at his Atlanta home after he brutally assaulted his 15-year-old daughter (whose name we believe is Lisa Lauren) after they got into into a argument over whether she could attend a party.

When I arrived, I sue to the complaint/victim, Juvenile Victim LD. Juvenile Victim LD stated that she and father, Dollar, Creflo A. had gotten into an argument. She said the argument was over a party that her father told her she could not go to on Saturday night. She state that she left tearoom they are in and entered the kitchen along with her sister. She said that while the were in the kitchen, Mr Dollar walked in and found her crying. He asked why she was crying and she stated to him "I do not want to talk right now." Juvenile Victim LD said when she said that to Mr Dollar, he charged her and put his hands around her throat and began to choke her. She said he then slammed get to the ground and began to punch her and took his shoe off and started whooping her with it. While Juvenile Victim LD was speaking, I noticed a scratch on the right side of her neck close to her throat that was caused during the alert cation. After speaking with the juvenile victim, I asked if she would fill out a witness statement and she agreed.
After speaking with Juvenile Victim LD, I began to sepal with Mr Dollar about the incident. He stated that he and his daughter were in a disagreement about a party she wanted to attend. He told her that she could not go the party because of her bad grades that she had made in school. He stated that after telling her no on the party, she went into the kitchen and became upset. Mr Dollar said he walked into the kitchen and asked why she was upset. Dollar said that his daughter became disrespectful and he approached her and tried to restrain her. Dollar state that while restraint her, she bang to hit back and then he wrestled her to the floor. He stated that while on the floor, he began to spank her on her bottom and the back of her legs. Dollar said after the spanning, his daughter calmed down and he advised her to go to her room. I asked Mr Dollar if he would be willing to write a witness statement and he agreed.
After speaking with Mr Dollar, I then spoke to the sister to the juvenile victim and Mr Dollar's 19-year-old daughter. She stated that she walked into the kitchen where her sister was located. She said that her dad and sister had gotten into an argument. While in the kitchen [name redacted] said her dad walked into the kitchen and asked why Juvenile Victim LD was crying. [name redacted] said that her sister told him that she didn't want to talk to him, and then said all she remembers is her dad grabbing her sister's shoulder and slapping her in the face. She say her sister tried to break free from him and did not fight back. [name redacted] state that her dad then threw her sister on the ground and that's when [name redacted] ran to get her mother, Taffi L Dollar. [name redacted] said that after her mother entered the room, her dad stopped hitting on her sister. [name redacted] said that during the confrontation her dad put both hands around her sister's neck and choked her for about five seconds. I asked [name redacted] if she would write a witness statement and she agreed. I should that [name redacted] wrote two different statements. The first statement she wrote was completely different to the events she had explained to me. She wore "my sister got into an argument with my father. She went into the kitchen and began to be disrespectful to my father. I changed my story because I thought the situation went out of hand and I didn't want my dad to get arrested." That was the exact words from her first statement. After confronting her with statement she had written, and the testimony she had originally gave, [name redacted] wrote a second statement explaining what she had first told me. [name redacted] wrote the first statement due to her parents being outside with her while she was writing it. After separating her away from her parents, she then wrote down what she had first told me when I arrived on scene.
After I spoke with [name redacted] I spoke with Taffi Dollar about the incident. She stated the only thing she saw was her daughter, the juvenile victim on the floor and did not see the altercation between her husband and daughter.
After collecting the witness statement and with the testimonial evidence by both the juvenile victim and her sister, I placed Mr Dollar under arrest. I explained to him that he would be charged with Simple Battery Family Violence and Cruelty to Children. I then placed him in my patrol car and transported him to the Fayette County Jail. He was turned over to jail staff and is awaiting warrants to be signed by a judge. All witness statements that were written were placed into evidence. While on scene, Cpl. Vazquez took photos of the injury on the juvenile victim's neck.
Creflo Dollar -- whose parishioners, not surprisingly, don't believe a word of this police report and are blaming his daughter -- was released after posting a $5,000 bond. We wonder how many times he has beat up on his five kids like this.

Update, June 11: To let Creflo tell it, he "should never have been arrested." During sermon Sunday, he told his cult followers flock, he didn't choke or punch his daughter and the scratch on her neck "was a prior skin abrasion from eczema. Anything else is exaggeration." So, his daughters made false statements to police? Someone has to be lying.
Update, June 12: This is the call Lauren placed to 911. She says this isn't the first time her father abused her and she feels "threatened" and "scared" and tells the 911 dispatcher everything she told police who arrived on the scene.

Meanwhile, in Phoenix, a woman high on mushrooms got stuck in a tree. After two hours, the unnamed woman was brought back down to earth and taken to a local hospital. She was not arrested.
A hotel guest told police he was missing two iPads and his vibrating panties after an encounter with a woman in his room. Abbas Chamsuddin told police he had purchased the items on Tuesday. Later that day, Chamsuddin met a woman and invited her to his room. Chamsuddin believes the items were still in his room after he took the woman back to her room at the Inn on Fifth Avenue South at around 9 p.m. Wednesday morning, Chamsuddin left his room at 7:30 a.m. When he came back that night at around 6:30 p.m., he realized the iPads and panties were missing from an open piece of luggage in his room. The front desk told Chamsuddin the only access to his room during the time he was gone was by housekeeping at 12:30 p.m. Chamsuddin told police he believes that either the woman he met or Hilton housekeeping is responsible for the theft. He told police the woman he brought to his room still had a key. An officer asked the front desk for the door log for room 405, but the employee who has access to the logs had left and would not return until June 7 at 9 a.m. Police are still investigating the theft.
Obviously, this happened in Florida. Tracy Mabb, 35, was charged with exposing her vagina, breasts and buttocks to passersby and motorists at an intersection in Pompano Beach , Florida on Tuesday.
